I'd certainly use the hotel again for an early flight. Very convenient, easy to find and plenty of parking surrounding the hotel. Quite good value if you're parking for at least a week and don't have to eat there.

Would stay here again now we know how to access return taxi. Driver on departure said to go to "valet Parking" kiosk on return to send for a taxi. In fact we were supposed to phone for a taxi in the terminal and MEET at the valet parking kiosk. After travel from Canada and with a disabled daughter in a wheelchair this was extreemly confusing. The "Valet Parking" kiosk staff were great and let us phone free from their kiosk which saved a trip back to the terminal. Apart from this the parking and hotel experience were excellent.

Convenient for the airport. Hoppa buses stop at reception, taxi service also available. Parking service was very confusing - no clear indication of what to do on arrival (obtain ticket from machine outside reception and get it stamped by check-in staff). Car park was very full when we got there due to an event at the conference centre. A sign advising where to park if car park was full could not be seen in the dark. Our registration number was not noted at any stage so I spent a few days worrying that our car would be clamped when we got back to it (it wasn't)! Food in the restaurant was pretty expensive so we did not eat there. We could only find one bar - it served food but again this was expensive. All in all not a bad place for an overnight stay though. Not geared to people looking for a longer stay. Probably would pay a bit more in future and stay somewhere with a few more eating options.

Transfer to the airport is not very good. At least to terminal 4. We had to pay to go to T1 and then pick up the train to T4. And that lots of walking and very poor value for £4 each. Can't blame the hotel but for us it was still part of the experience.

Booked on line: fantastic deal for overnight stay and 8 days parking. Room: bed extremely comfortable, clean and room well sound proofed. Bathroom tired and shabby. Dining room: "loud decor", no windows, felt claustrohobic although large. Dinner: plentiful and well presented. Salads excellent. Hot courses average. Staff: reception: inadequately staffed, long wait to check-in at 6-30pm on a Sat evening. Dining room staff rushing so much that waitress dropped tray beside us! All staff foreign: dining room staff had minimal English. Reception staff, excellent English. I would return because bed, car parking and cost were all good.

Nice hotel, good value. Temp control wasn't working when we were there and jacuzzi out of action. However, good value for an overnight stay and convenient parking

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the parking was right there in the hotel car park. The room was excellent with modern facilities. Although alongside the airport there was no noise heard in the room. The staff were most helpful.

the porters were very helpful. we had to lug our cases from one end to the hotel, back to reception, the other end of the hotel, back to reception and then to the other end of the hotel again before we finally got the double bed we had requested. no help with cases was offered despite being disabled and the hotel making several room allocation errors. We finally settled for a double bedded room but it was cold and the carpet was stained. the bus service and hopper buses were excellent.

We were happy with the hotel proximity and happy with shuttle service to and from the airport - on our return it was amazingly prompt. Pity our room needed refurbishing but it was one night so we put up with it.

Although my sister and I had booked a twin room, on arrival we were palmed off with a double. it was necessary to be very assertive to get the room we had booked. I would advise future guests to remember their paperwork & stick to their guns if faced with a similar situation. This was the only negative to our stay. The buffet menu in the restaurant was excellent

A clean, pleasant hotel, easily accessed from the M4. The swimming pool was a bonus. The restaurant provided a comprehensive buffet at a reasonable price during the 'early bird' period. Safe, secure parking included for a very good price.

Generally our stay in the hotel was fine, we did however eat from the buffet in the restaurant which was really horrible, and quite an art to make something which looked nice into something that tasted bad

I will always use this service in future as it was good value and very very efficient. an airport transfer was provided in a chauffer driven Mercedes at a cost of only £9.00. No delays on checking in or out and dining was good.

The deal with the overnight stay but longer parking was very benficial. However the service at the hotel was less than perfect. First, they put me in a smoking room despite my clearly booking a Non-smoking room. They moved me when I insisted and produced my receipt. Second, they forgot to program in a very early morning wake-up call. If I had not had a safety precaution alarm with me I would have missed my early morning flight. Third, I was told my parking ticket was fully stamped to allow car exit when I checked out, but on returning and trying to leave I was barred from exiting without once more going back into the hotel and getting a second stamp.

having spent a relaxing night in your hotel before departure, on return to our car we encountered a problem - the battery was flat. Having asked at reception for help - it was 11pm and freezing cold we did not find the staff very helpfull and after waiting over an hour for anyone to get back to us, had to eventually make other arrangements to get home to Birmingham - going that little bit extra in times of need often leaves a good impression - unfortunately this did not.

Finding a parking space was very difficult. Had to leave the car on yellow lines in the parking area and keep going back to find a space. No co-ordination to finding a parking space.

Fantastic value for money, the hotel was very close to the airport (less than £10 in a taxi, which the hotel ordered for us in advance). Downside was that the hotel restaurants/cafe's were very expensive but they were able to provide us with takeaway menus to be delivered to the hotel. All in all a good stay.

The location for the airport is great but a hoppa bus to terminal 4 would be a great help. The hotel is ideal but if the food and drink were cheaper they would gain a lot more business and create a decent atmosphere for people before going away.

Whilst it appeared to be OK travelling to terminals 1, 2 and 3 uses the buses the travel time to terminal 4 was estimated as 45 - 60 minutes so a prebooked taxi seems to be the better option. The hotel room and parking was a very good price but eating there is not cheap.
