Admission to the gym is free, but other facilities and treatments are available at an additional charge.

Transfers provided by the Heathrow Hoppa bus service to all terminals, at a charge of £4.50 payable on the bus or £4.00 if purchased via the concierge desk, each way. The bus picks up from the hotel entrance.

A grand and elegant hotel, whom treated you with respect and courtesy at all times. We arrived at Term. 5 feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will definitely do thus every time from now on. Thank you.

Car was moved off site. on our return car would not start, radio stations changed! WHY? The hotel jump started the car but there was no way the battery was flat when we arrived after travelling 200miles.This has left us wondering what they used the car for! Needless to say we won't be booking with Raddison Edwardian again.

We only stayed in this hotel for one night, before catching an early morning flight to New York. We were very impressed though. The staff are so polite and friendly, and we were given a free room upgrade on arrival which was much appreciated. There is ample car parking, with a very secure car park. The rooms are very good, very nicely decorated and extremely clean. All in all, I would highly recommend the Radisson Heathrow, and we will definitely use it again.

well everything was fine apart from the fact that i left my staightners in the room which i know is my own fault !! anyway we rang as soon as we realised and the person we spoke to said they would get back to us but we heard nothing more from them , we enquired when we went back to pick up the car but they could not find them so all i can assume is they have members of staff stealing instead of handing things in which in a hotel of this rating is very bad and they did absolutely nothing about it !!

I didn't think the breakfast was that special - it was OK. Room was good. Appreciated the internet lounge and ability to print things like the Boarding Pass.

Great concentration is needed when approaching the entrance, it is easy to miss due to bus lane.No problem parking outside main doors if being dropped off or picked up. Would recommend the hotel

The "cocktail bar" was unable to produce a decent cocktail and that bar and both the restaurant and brasserie were totally devoid of atmosphere. The brasserie is more like a motorway service eating area and the restaurant depressing, a shame as food and service in restaurant were quite good. This hotel does not warrant 5 stars, 4 max.
