£14 by taxi to terminal 4 a bit steep. The hotel bar and relaxing area/lounge - not very comfortable, a bit sparse and minimalistic, not much seating area for a lot of travellers.

Generally really good (if just using it to stay before or after going to airport, not for a holiday!). Convenient for airport, price good. Very clean rooms. Great staff. Would definitely use it again if travelling from Heathrow.

I would definitely use the hotel again if we are flying from Heathrow, although I do think it would be fairer if the car parking packages were worked out on a 24 hour basis rather than packages of 8 days min.

We kept bumping into people who'd used the hotel at least twice. I would recommend hotel to others.

Got to the Hotel and it was like Piccadilly Circus at check-in. When finally checked in we walked miles with cases to room and found it hadn't been cleaned! Bit of a lottery trying to find a spare parking space too.

I can't praise the food enough, there was great choice, it was tasty and there was plenty of it!
