Air conditioning was poor and very loud.

The restaurant was more like school canteen than a dinning experiance. Thankfully we had already eaten. The bar was a similar fight, with the usual hyped-up charges.I would not recommend this hotel for any reason, unless you enjoy being treated like cattle.

Your customers who are arriving by car will benefit by having clarification of parking facilities and charges with their booking confirmation.

Good stay. Good clean handy hotel, parking great. Shame about the disco noise on Saturday night/Sunday morning - ask for a room away from eating area. Taxi to terminal five for 3 plus bags was £12 each way - almost as cheap as bus. Would stay again.

Unfortunately when we arrived late at night, the Inn had been designated the accommodation for a stranded Delta flight. The staff were not prepared for such a large number of customers, with only three people dealing with over 250 guests. However, the rooms are clean and well-sized.

This hotel is very convenient for Heatrow terminal 5. We were able to leave the car onsite while we were away & found the rates very reasonable. We liked the idea of the car being left onsite in the spot where we left it. We caught the hoppa bus to & from the airport at a price of £4 per person each way. They have a nice swimming pool & we were able to go for a swim early evening. There is a nice pub nearby which serves food and is only a short walk away - about 5 minutes

Park Inn is a nice modern hotel with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded room for small cost of £30.00 which included breakfast and free bar from 6:30 to 8:30 - very good value. Car parking is on-site and car not moved to another location. Would recommend this hotel and will use it again

Our flight was from Terminal 4, but had to take Hotel Hoppa Bus to Terminal 3, then get Heathrow express train to Terminal 4.

We had to drive round the car park for about 10 minutes trying to find somewhere to park. There was a wedding reception being held on the day we were trying to park, which made parking virtually impossible. We required parking for over 15 days and we were told we would need to pay the extra 2 days (£10 per day) when we returned from holiday. When we went to validate our car parking ticket there was no extra to pay, which was a pleasant suprise. All in all we would definately use this service again, as the Park inn was about 5 minutes from the airport. When we came back we actually got a taxi to the hotel to save having to try and find the coach. The taxi only cost £8.00 which was the same as the coach transfer.

Large impersonal luxury hotel. Price for room and aprking very competative but prices of hotel services eye-watering.

A simple and ocnvenient way to park the car for your holiday and a comfortable night before your holiday begins.

Very Good Price & Location of Hotel for all Terminals, Friendly & Helpful Staff, Excellent Facilities, Cleanliness, Food & Parking. Would undoubtably use again if looking to stay around the London area or fly from Heathrow...

Nice hotel but not enough staff at check-in.

The hotel room and dining experience were adequate but the parking facilities were not. The walk in order to park the car was a trek and the condition of my car was absolutely dreadful. The car was completely covered with bird droppings and mud. I take a pride in my car and expected it to be dirty after a stay of 14 days but this was disgusting.

I arrived after 11pm and found it hard to park close to the hotel entrance as female and travelling alone, but there was parking eleswhere.close to airport.You have to have 5 pounds cash for the shuttle service. nice quiet room with good facilities.

Very Clean spaciouse accomodation. Hotel transfers swift. Vehicle was safe and we would have no hesitateion to use Park Inn again.

Hotel was fine, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, and a good bathroom. The restaurant was very expensive, and there wasn't anywhere to buy a quick snack, although we noted a garage shop a short way down the road.

Rooms clean and tidy - although as we were a family of 4 some extra pillows in the room would have been a nice touch. No problems with parking although old care and nothing of value left in car. Would use again, very convenient for terminals

Not knowing the area we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Looking at the menu prices I was completly stunned, they were on a par with a top rate London Restaurant with a plain steak and chips coming in at around £30. We opted for the Middle Eastern Buffet (that nights speciality)at an astounding £29 per head - absolutley NOT worth the money. I would stay at the hotel again but I would not eat there - I shall pack sandwiches next time. I think the Hotel is taking advantage of a "captive audience". Another disadvantage is the lack of a shuttle bus to Terminal 4.
