Excellent value and efficient service. The only way to combine a hotel stay with extended parking.

Will certainly use again. Nice triple room. TV was not working when we arrived, but maintenance man came straight away to fix. Tea and coffee provided.

The hotel was great, easy to find and perfect location for us to stay before an early flight the next day. The on site carparking made the stay very economical. The downside, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the airport bus service. On our return there was a lack of information at the terminal and we waited for 45mins at the stop without a bus showing up. Not great after an 11 hour flight. In the end we got a black cab to the hotel and it turned out to be cheaper than the bus fare.

I found it very easily from the M4 Heathrow extension, and leaving via Bath Road (A40)was much easier than I expected. I was upgraded to an "executive" twin, which was a perfectly pleasant oatmeal coloured room, with decent beds and a more than adequate bathroom. Having looked at the restaurant menu and prices, we decided to eat at the pleasant pub across Bath Road. "The Three Magpies". There is a 24 hour general store and a garage/petrol station less than 200 yards away. A cab to or from Terminal 4 takes 15 to 20 minutes and cost £13 plus tip- the cab I booked through the concierge the night before arrived on time and was perfect. Given that the Hoppa bus costs £4 per person and only drops at Terminals 1,2,3 leaving a (free) internal rail transfer, and can be irregular, I think a taxi is the best bet. If you are arriving with pre-booked long stay parking for the first time, the signs on the ticket machine at the barriered entrance to the hotel car park are confusing; just take a ticket from the machine, park somewhere and go to reception.

Very good rooms and very convenient. Efficient parking system. When we were there, one restaurant was closed, and bar was understaffed. Could not get food or drink without lengthy queues!

At 11 pm at night I arrived rather sleepy, there was a line at check in and then I was put in a room a good walk away from the front desk in the very back of the hotel, which I found a tad annoying, but nothing that would stop me from staying there again if ever the need arises.

Overall an excellent experience. We were disappointed, only, in the cost of transfer to and from the airport - a total of £16 round trip for both of us. However, we wouldn't grumble about the bus service, which was very good. No waiting at either end.

Good stay, but my room was very far from the reception area. Not too bad for me, but older guests with luggage would struggle. Aside from this, enjoyed my stay.

It was very easy to book in; hotel was very clean; the rooms had all the usual items i.e. tea/coffee machines, tv. It was also very spacious. Great location.

The Park Inn did not have dedicated parking for long stays and it was busy. When we arrived there was no space, and reception couldn't care less - put it anywhere. We finally managed to get the car "bumped" up on a bit of pavement and had to leave it there, but not impressed.
