Great Hotel in a great location.Local bus 285 to Heathrow Airport a lot cheaper than using hoppers.Hotel staff really helpful and safe parking .Will definitely use this hotel again.

We arrived quite late and found the staff very friendly and helpful. On our return after 2 weeks away we found our car had a flat battery. We called the aa and then the staff arranged a very late breakfast for 4 jet lagged travelers.we highly recommend this hotel and thank the staff for all their help.

The hotel was ideal for us and our stay. It was clean and we'll presented altho customer service was a bit slow at reception. Despite this all other facilities were good. Most definitely ideal if you are flying from Heathrow as it is only a 15 minute bus Jounery away. Would definitely stay there again.

Not too far from Heathrow and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was busy, so went to the Indian just down the road.

Hotel was good value for money, the bar was good as were the
bedrooms. Only drawback was the transfer links to heathrow &
we had to get a black cab to & from airport.
However we would stay at the hotel again next time we are flying
from heathrow.

The staff were so efficient (so rare these days) and they answered all my questions. There were no problems when I returned to collect my vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed and will recommend this hotel to others and use it again myself.

Used the stay & park package for Heathrow. Hotel was comfortable and the staff were good. Access to Heathrow is excellent on the bus. Will use it again if we fly from Heathrow.
