I wasn't very comfortable with the fact that the driver did not have any paperwork for me to sign. I have used other meet and greet companies in the past and they have always written down any marks on the car, including the mileage etc. wasn't sure if my car was actually going to be there on my return!

I was late collecting my car because of the terrible fiasco with border control - finally getting through and out of customs at 2am. The driver kindly came to the drop off point with my car which was much appreciated. One thing that is disturbing though was that he said really they would not normally wait - that the service is not in fact 24 hours. I chose this particular one because it did not mention it closes at midnight....if this is the case you need to advertise that as when arriving back on a flight at 11.30pm I would not go with any parking that could not be collected anytime.Delays inadvertantly always occur! But thanks to the driver for going above and beyond - thats customer service!

Booked very late but everything went like clockwork. Staff friendly & it took the hassle out of parking off site & at a similar price.

Driver was there when we arrived and car returned just as we left the terminal i.e. no waiting. Driver friendly and courteous [even offered to assist with loading the luggage]. Good value for money. Would use again.

they kept in touch, were waiting on our arrival at airport and excellent service on our return.

No waiting about for buses/ mini buses fab service would use the company when at Stanstead

I have no idea how far away SPS Meet and Greet park the cars but the mileage did seem quite high, and I didn't exactly follow the story of all the mud on my car when I thought it was to be parked in an undercover carpark! However the meeting and greeting was excellent...

to get out of stanstead after our car was returned we had to pay £2 was that correct

we use meet and greet services all the time, but I must say that this has been the best experience so far in terms of ease. You are also the only one who has offered us a better price if we use you again. We certainly will as I have kept the details.

As this was the first time we had used a meet & greet service we were a bit apprehensive but we found the service was great,we were meet at the airport with in moments of arriving, the driver was very polite & nothing was to much trouble for him, he took the time to explain where & how our car would be stored. On our return we called once we had collected our baggage & again our car was waiting for us. The driver was very courteous he paid our car parking ticket before leaving, our car was just as we had left it, a fantastic service which we would highly recommend great peace of mind & no messing around on public transport we will defiantly use this again.

Staff are prompt and courteous, I always use them at Stansted. Recommended.

Good value for money with an on time service that worked very smoothly

i need special assistance and usually spend 20mins outside getting cold waiting for the wheelchair, without being asked they had assistance waiting, well done will use again as I travel every month, on time, polite what more can i ask

All went well apart from the fact that they only give you half an hour either side of the time you have booked to drop off / collect your car. A penalty of £20 is charged if this is not adhered to - not such a good deal after all.

First time I have used and as long as they stay competitively priced, I would not use anyone else in the future, first class service.

phoned 30 minutes beforehand, and their system did not show our booking. Nonetheless, we were met at the airport on time. Handover went smoothly, we were offered a valet whils we were away, but this was not done on return due to a problem with the water supply. Our flight was 30 minutes early, and they rang us as we were passing through baggage collection. Overall, excellent service

Delivery and collection were excellent for timing and service. However the car had done substantial mileage (over 50 miles) and, when delivered, the computer showed that the car had been driven that day for 50 minutes and had covered 30 miles. I had ordered a clean, but it surely is not carried out a long way away. I chose this particular service as it was shown to be 'parking on the airport'.

We waited 40 minutes for our car which only arrived after repeated calls .I phoned to complain the next day and the manager did not even return my call.It would have been cheaper and quicker to use the long term car park.

the service was very easy to use and no waiting around for transfer buses to off site airport parking. Also reassuring to know the car would start with no flat battery or other issues. Very highly recommended. I would definitely use this service again.
