The company handled my booking efficiently even though it was a last minute one. Dropping rthe car off, I was met at the airport exactly where indicated and the driver was waiting for me - even recognised my car as I drew up. The night before my return I received a text message reminding me of where to phone when I was at the airport. By the time I arrived in the baggage hall I had received a text and a phone call from the driver who was dropping off my car. Superb service. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

The meet and greet parking at Stansted could not be easier. The internet booking was straight forward, the fee very competative, mobile phone instructions clear and concise, the drivers very helpful and the pickup parking ticket included. Overall a good service. Will use again.

Car not checked on arrival or when picked up.Although our car has several dents , the bumper one was new, but not mentioned. think an extra 50 mile on clock was too much and will use Stansted Pink elephant in future as we usually do. only used this copany as had to fly on short notice and they were the cheapest

The car was used while we were away. It had done additional 200 miles (we have recorded the mileage on arrival at the airport). The tank was nearly half empty. We have only done just over 120 miles to the airport and the tank was nearly full when the car was handover to your driver. Please note this is a diesel car and very economical. The car was not only used but also abused as indicated in fuel consumption rate by the computer. The car has build in computer, which we always monitor. We have noticed a mechanical noise coming from the wheels (which still there). The car has just been serviced and was in perfect driving condition. The lights on one side are not working. The car feels rough and pulls to one side. We had the trucking done just before the journey so the car was driving perfect. When we complained we have recieved an abrupt and rude reply.

This was great value for money and I will use again, everything went very well and it saved me a lot of time. The only comment was that I received a text message informing me a change of drop off. I didn't get any paperwork and when I looked back on it began to think it was some kind of scam. Everything turned out fine but they probably need to make changes like that more formal. But, great value.

Car picked up and delivered on time, I would use a gain and recommend to anybody who is fed up with parking away from the terminal ang having to get on buses.

The worst experience I have ever had, with 20 mins to arrival at the car park I phoned as told to do so only to be told my parking space was cancelled, I will never use them again and advise others not to use them. Of course this review will not be published as it's not want they want to hear.

The service was good with drop off and collection taking place without any delay. However, on drop off the driver was very rushed leaving me slightly concerned that my car would be driven with care. Also, no receipt was provided and the condition was not checked which could have caused problems if there had been any damage. I believe a proper hand over process is needed. In the event all was ok and the service worked well, I think it was good value for money.

Not having used a Meet and Greet before, I thought we'd use it on this occastion to save time on a very early schedule and not waste time looking for the car park. We arrived early and received instructions as to where to meet the driver. The drivers both times were friendly and helpful, everything went according to plan, best of all NO HANGING AROUND. Will use again should the occasion arise.

Not bad overall for the price but a bit confusing regarding drop off and pick up points - and no vehicle inspection. Booking email advised drop off in Red short stay car park but during telcon 20 mins before arrival, we were told to go to drop off point outside terminal. Was some difficulty in locating rep due to it being dark & all the activity in the area. Also, not a good place for pre parking vehicle inspection - which didn't take place in all the confusion. Should have received a "return vehicle document" at this point - didn't get that either. On return, our email documents directed to collect the car at the Red short stay car park but having collected our baggage and phoned the rep we were directed meet at the Orange car park

50 miles were added to the clock. I think that is excessive. Given the price of diesel these days that puts up the cost considerably. Otherwise, the car was returned in good condition.

Telephone manner was not very friendly, the staff who picked up and dropped off the car were friendly. I had to wait 20 minutes for my car on my return as they would not dispatch it until I came out of customs, despite telling me to phone after passport control! I could have got the bus to the carpark within that time.

Extremely efficient and helpful. No waiting time at all. We were able to drop our car off in front of the airport and it was taken immediately. On return our flight was late but although they thought they may take 15 minutes to deliver our car, we were called back immediately and met at the Red Car Park within 2 minutes of reaching it. So we will be using them whenever we travel. A very good service.

On the journey to the airport I received regular progress check alerts by text and phone message and I arrived at the agreed point to be met promptly by the chauffeur. The return was equally reassuring with clear phone instructions leading me directly to my car. I shall use gosimply again regularly.

We received different instructions just prior to arriving at the airport and were met at the drop off point just outside departures instead of in the red car park area below. The handover was very easy but the staff did not wear uniforms or badges as stated in the email. We were a bit worried about this but all was well in the end as the car turned up just as stated. Will use this service again.

the chaps that met us at Stanstead were very friendly and helpful also kindly let us leave our car a little earlier than we had booked, great communication on both the outgoing and incomming journey, with no hanging about waiting on our return, we will definatly be using this service next time we fly.
