I was unable to phone 20 minutes before arriving at the airport but once I had stopped outside the terminal and phoned, I got through first time and within three minutes, a representative from the company was there to take my car. The service was just as efficient when I got back from my holiday. An excellent service which I would use again without hesitation.

pros: convenient because you drop the car just outside the main entrace of the departure area. no need to wait for the bus transfer. 2. Upon your return, you will be instructed where you can collect the car and the staff will be waiting there to hand over your keys. cons:1. You will have to call them 30 minutes before your arrival, and again 5 minutes before your arrival. Not convenient if you are travelling alone in your car and no handfree. The reason for this is they will instruct you where you can drop the car and where the staff will meet you. 2. The company does not have their own space within the airport so they have to park your car approx. 12 miles away from the airport so return will be 25 miles. I took a snap shot of my mileage and calculated it. Overall. I would recommend it.

Meet and Greet were at the airport withing 4 mins of us arriving for our flight and the same on the way back. Very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to use again.

I was relieved to find that it was not a problem when my plane was delayed by over 2 hours, and arrived well after midnight. The staff I met were friendly. I thought they were going to be uniformed and have a vehicle inspection, but apparently not. The only annoyance was that the company expected 30 minutes notice of arrival, whereas the period was 20 minutes when I booked. It was like I was getting told off for the shorter notice that I gave. They did text while I was on the way to the airport, but I don't read texts when I'm driving.

We had elderly parents to transport through the terminal at Stansted and to have our car collected from the entrance and brought back to us at the end of our holiday not only assisted us with the management of our family but also did wonders to ease the pressure on the nerves of our parents, for whom unnecessary complicated transfer arrangements would have caused a great deal of stress. The staff who collected and delivered our vehicle were absolutely charming and we would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend this company to other people.

All was very good. However, it simply doesn't work at all to phone about 1/2 hour before arriving at Stansted if you are on your own in the car and driving on M25/M11 as there is not a single lay by (or service station) to stop to make this phone call. I did pull over onto the hard shoulder, but would have been prosecuted if I had been seen by a police car. Not sure what the solution to this problem is.

Efficient service - easy to book on line. Friendly and helpful 'meet and greet' drivers. No problems with phone/sms communications. Very little waiting. Competitive in price compared with home to airport taxi service.

Service was very good and cannot complain about value for money however I was a little surprised when I found about 20+ miles on the clock on its return

Overall, a very good service. The driver was a few minutes late on departure, early on arrival. Only real problem was that the car had over 90 miles extra on the clock, which I thought was excessive as the car was supposedly stored in Bishops Stortford, which is just down the road from Stansted. At current fuel prices, this adds another £15 to £20 on the overall cost.

I would appreciate clearer instructions on where to meet the driver both when dropping off and picking up the car on return. We found the instructions on meeting spot a little vague and subsequently spent time shivering outside the airport at stansted at midnight, only to discover after 20 minutes the driver was doing the same in the middle of the car park!

Easy to find the representative at Stansted's set down area. Very quick handover. Punctual return of car on return. All worked well. Company relies on you contacting their driver by mobile phone just before arrival at the airport and on returning. They text through reminders the day beforehand - including the driver's number - to make this easier.

We were earlier than expected and so the drivers (we were two car loads) suggested meeting us at the holiday inn services before the airport. We then drove the drivers with us to the airport. This meant that we didn't have to wait for them to get their lift to us. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks guys.

Service was great (apart from the grumpy guy who first answered the phone). But the staff were there on time both sides of the journey. Easy and pleasant and they will also valet your car (for a fee of course), but that was done well too!! Definitely worth it, it was cheaper than using the long stay car park!!

The written instructions advised that we MUST use the Red Car Park, however, verbal instructions were not completely clear so we followed the written instructions and found ourselves having to pay £2.50 to get out of the carpark. On our return the car was waiting for us and because of the severe weather, we appreciated that the car had been stored inside and was therefore free of snow and ice.
