Wheels were a little muddy - merely an observation, not a complaint - only noticed this as the car is new and i had not driven it through any muddy areas.

The SPS service was worth every penny, it took all the stress out of airport parking and I will definitely use it again!

The service was good and i would use it again. I especially liked that on my return I met my car at the drop off area and didnt have to pay to get out of the car park.

Everything went without a hitch & the driver was punctual. Very good value for 3 weeks as would have cost similar for normal air port car parking and as we had two bike boxes with us it made life a lot simpler.

All round an excellent service and would definitely use SPS again. Our calls were answered immediately and we were given full and accurate instructions on where to leave and collect the car, which was returned promptly when we got back to the uk. We were a little surprised that we did not have to sign any documentation to verify ownership of the vehicle.

We followed the instructions on the confirmation details , phone when 20 min. Away and enter the red short stay car park. No it took us £2.80 to get out and discover that we should have gone to the drop-off point in front of the airport. After more phone calls and 20 mins. Later a driver turned up , hardly meet and greet. On returning this did work ,redstay car park and the driver paid the exit fee. Only 50% happy luckily we had time to spare but it did add some stress to the start of the holiday. John

The car was 20 minutes late when it was delivered, which is not acceptable and when it was delivered there was damage to the car that they had caused, however they are trying to deny that they caused it! SVS are very unprofessional I would never use them again.

Both the guys I dealt with were efficient and polite. I was notified that there would be a slight delay on the return but it was minimal and the car arrived quickly at the time specified so I didnt have to wait in the cold. I would definitely use them again,

Punctuality was great, no hanging around waiting for people to collect or drop off the car. Value was also good according to the internet search/compare. Two quibbles: 1) when the car was dropped back at the airport after our holiday we were asked to pay the £2 car parking fee. I haven't been asked to do this by other meet/greet services and if it was in the small print then I missed it 2) whilst our car wasn't completely clean prior to collectionby SPS, on return the exterior was v dusty and looked like it had been stored in a barn!

An excellent service, simple ,stress free and excellent customer service from SPS staff. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank You ps Only one moan car was dirty from where it was left in field with mud all over body work.

For a family with young children this was well worth the money. We had a very early flight out and a very late flight home and it was great not to have to find car parks and wait around for transfers. Would highly recommend.

alternator belt had snapped when guys tried to start car so had to get AA to take us home. Nothing to do with meet and greet guys they were v.helpful

Overall I am satisfied with the service and cost. The only disappointing experience was directions for the drop off and pick up of the car. It was difficult to follow and it delayed our journey. SPS needs to provide directions that are easy to understand and follow by every customer.

We landed at Stansted airport and realised that our mobile network was not working. O2, which was also the network of the driver's mobile, was down. Luckily the driver left a message for us at the information desk with a different mobile number. So we were able to contact him. We'll definitely book SPS Meet and Greet again.

I have used this service three or four times now. Always worked as advertised. Least stressful part of the journey!

The milage on the car was just under 40, we were late due to weather, therefore the car may have been delivered earlier in the day and then returned hence the high high milage. (too tired when picking car up to question why the mileage was high. The car had some mud spryed up the side and the front mats were muddy - not the endof the world, but not as we had left the car when dropping off.
