All went very smoothly. The only difference was the dropping off procedure was not the same as on the confirmation e mail. However it was clearly explained when I rang to say I was clise to Stansted. 5 minute wait to pick up but otherwise no problems. I would use it again!

Would have been nice to have been told of the dreadful noise the car was making on delivery back to us (wasn't making it on drop off but a bearing dried up whilst sitting idle, not their fault) rather than just give us the keys and go off leaving us to it, we just made it home!!

I've used SPS on quite a few occaisions and, to date, I have had nothing to complain about. The staff have, without exception, been proffessional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations about (and already do and have) recommended this sevice to colleagues.

I frequently use meet and greet services, and yes, the dropoff and pickup worked - I called 15 minutes from the airport, and the guy was there to collect the car. Similarly, on return, the car was delivered to the airport collection area within 10 minutes of me calling as I came out of customs. However, I was extremely surprised at the complete absence of paperwork - I did not receive any form of receipt when I handed the car over to their driver. There was also no examination to record any pre-existing damage to my car (there wasn't any for sure). I only let it go because he had all my details on record on a printout. Similarly, on return the same - no paperwork - the driver just asked for the last four digits of my mobile number and I signed the cardboard tag attached to my car remote(!). Both drivers were pleasant enough, but it just felt slightly odd - not my usual experience with meet and greet. Maybe there was some problem with their admin system over this period.

Whole experience from booking through to drop off and collect was easy, on time and and with a pleasant smile. A very professional and punctual meet and greet service which I would use again and recommend to anyone requiring this service at Stanstead. Thank you SPS

The team were all very friendly, helpful. Collected the car prompt and dropped it off prompt- made the start and end of the holiday stress free. Thanks I'll definitely use you again!

You just rang up when you are 5 mins away and your car is outside the airport and they give you the change for the barrier as well.

I booked this service because it was competitive in price and looked easy to use. In the event it did serve our needs without any major problems and I would use them again. However, there were some issues with the service. The instructions emailed to us were at variance with what the "meet & greet" driver expected; in particular we drove into the Red car park as instructed, but he asked us to move to the Orange car park - which cost us £3 to get out of the Red car park. There was a similar lack of clarity about the arrangements for recovering the car. Secondly, we had a lot of difficulty contacting the driver; only one mobile number was provided and that number was consistently engaged or didn't answer when we tried to ring on our approach to the airport as instructed. It seemed that there was just the one guy doing everything (answering the phone, dealing with arriving passengers, driving, etc) and he couldn't quite cope. In the event we did manage to hand over the car and get checked in for our flight without incident, but there was quite a delay (which did nothing for my nerves!). As I said, I would use them again, as having done it once I now have a better idea about how it works. My advice would be to contact them well before your arrival time at the airport and firm up the arrangements for meeting.
