For only a few quid more than parking in long stay i thought i would give it a go, my flight was at 6;40am and going straight to the terminal was appealing. had a 3-4 min dropping of the car and no more than 10 picking it up. As long as the price is right, i would use this service again.

Could not be easier: car collected at the entrance of departures. Easy to collect on return. Would recommend.

I have used a few valet services and used Comstrad for the first time on a recent trip. They were excellent and very forgiving given we forgot to call 20 minutes before arriving the airport. I highly recommend them. Plus the guys were great!

Overall good experience, although the following could be improved: 1. Drop off location at Stanstead could be much better sign-posted/marked. 2. The return of the vehicle was not as prompt as expected. Lastly, an optional valet service for a reasonable additional cost might be of interest to some customers, as the car was quite dirty after a week at the airport.

First time using Greet & Meet, little wait for the driver to collect car, but not too long, was much better upon arriving home (very early and late flights - but made the journey much more bearable). Would recommend

Excellant value for money paid, no problem booking on-line. The service was prompt and professional, there couldn't be a better way to start and finish a holiday.

The car was delivered on time not clean but at the cost I paid is great value.Have used you three times now and very impressed with your service.Maybe you could offer a car clean before our return.

we was pleased with the service ,but would recommend ringing before they say because when we got through to them we was nearly there and had to wait for them to come.Coming back no problems We do think they need more phone lines

We had to wait half an hour for our car on return - they told me go to the red area in Stanstead and well be with you in 7 mins - after 20 mins I called and they said they would check and call me back - no phone call - eventually turned up after 30 mins without any appology. I could have jumped in a cab and been home in that time - which kind of defeats the object of the service. Wont be using again

waiting for us on drop off, and contacted by text as we were getting off the plane on arrival. Staff very friendly and efficient

Disappointed with the drop off service at the airport. Not punctual - not a good start for an early morning departure. Very stressful waiting with the dilligent traffic warden. Person who picked up was pleasant. Conversation maintained with my husband - both on the out and return - although I had booked the service.

the drop was excellant driver was there to meet and went without a hitch. small delay on delivery of the car on return journey but overall the service and price was very good, would certainly use again. c hartley.

first time i use you company but surely not the last one. excellent service under any profile,from the the easily accessible website,to puncuality of drop off and pick up. perfect when you travel with 5 cases and 3 children!it simplify your existence! good value for money

For the price we paid for a meet and greet service we were pleased with the politeness and efficientness of Comstrad. The only down side was the state of the exterior of our car on return. It looked like it had been parked under a tree and was filthy.

We phoned before we arrived - waited about 5 minutes for a pick up - rang when we got our luggage and waited for around 5 minutes for our car to arrive back - worked like a dream - inexpensive as well.

This is the first time I have used this company and service and will use again. The whle expereince was simple bur very professional. A great way to start and end the trip.

We arrived approx 1 hour earlier than originally stated on booking. We rang to advise the parking company and were informed that there wouldnt be a problem. We rang as stated in the confirmation of booking upon leaving the motorway to confirm our arrival and were advised to meet the attendant outside the arrival terminal between the 2 flags - we waited approx 5 mins (max) for him Our car was inspected, we signed and left. Upon our return we received a missed call and a left message from the attendant to confirm our flight arrival and a request to call when available to arrange to meet to pick up the car. After passing immigration and baggage collection we made our way to zone D and followed the ramp outside to the red bollards as advised and there was the car waiting for us. We loaded the car, inspected and signed. Brilliant!!! The babies didnt wake up at all through the process - well recommended. We will certainly do again!

Turned up late, drove to the drop off point, handed my car keys to a nice man and walked into the airport. Two weeks later arrived back, walked to the short stay car park, got in my car and drove off. Doesn't really get any better than that.

Overall the service was pretty good, but trying to get through on the phone when we arrived and returned was just ridiculous, we hung on for over 10 minutes on our arrival and were actually in the car park and waiting before we could speak to anyone, and it was the same on our return. I have used other meet and greet services and never experienced anything like this, so I am afraid I won't be using this company again.
