Telephoned arrival as instructed, driver was waiting for us and we were heading to the terminal minutes after arriving. On return phoned as we picked up last bag,walked to car park, waited a minute and car was returned and we were away. Great service thanks.

Need clearer instructions on when to phone when returning. I phoned from baggage hall and then told to phone back after baggage had been retreived. Maybe put that in the instructions. I also did NOT receive a text after landing in the UK.

Very efficient service with only 2 minor problems - the telephone arrival service isn't manned until 4.00am and as we arrived slightly early the telephone message doesnt tell you this. Also on return it is easy to go to the wrong car park area so more emphasis (signage) would be useful. Apart from those 2 minor issues it was excellent value for money with friendly and helpful staff which we will definitely use again.

I'm familiarwith the airport but not with the "colouring" of the short stay car parks.When I phoned as we approached the airport, I was given excellent advice and guidance. I particularly liked the fact that I was expected and didn't have to explain why I was phoning. I've experienced that in other airports and its infuriating. I'll use this group again.

It was just excellent! The man was waiting for us on arrival, and the whole process took under 5 mins. We were in the airport check in queue within 10 mins of arriving. On return, we rang the man as our bags arrived on the conveyor, and within 3 mins were greeted with our car. Brilliant!

Friendly staff, gave clear instructions on phone as to how to get to the drop off point. Helped unload the car and got a trolley for us. Couldn't have parked closer to the terminal. On way back car in same place waiting for us so again did not have to walk far. Although we did not receive a text saying car was ready and we did not phone to say we had arrived back at the airport, the car was still waiting for us, so no waiting around for it to be dropped off (which we have experienced with other operators at Gatwick) Overall a very happy experience.

It is difficult to find your way back to the relevant car park on arrival at Stansted. Directions given on the instruction form are not clear enough and should be explained more fully.

Excellent service. With 2 small children and the rain it was invaluable to get in and out of the car right outside the airport terminal. friendly, helpful and punctual.

the service was excellent. The drivers were waiting for us when we arrived both at the beginning and end of our holiday. The only downside was the fact we had to pay to exit the car park when this should have been pre paid.

Trouble free - once I had realised on arrival that I was looking for a letuspark rep and not simplyparking. The detail was printed on your email, but I had omitted to read the small print properly. Maybe theetail could be more prominently displayed. Collection on return went according to plan.

It was really nice to be welcomed at 4am with a luggage trolley and a friendly face. It took minutes to handover the car. We didn't get an email as promised when we arrived back but the car was ready and waiting and a representative on hand to complete the service without any delays. I would definately use the service again and recommend it.

As always meet and greet is an excelent service taking out the strain of the unknown question of where did I park my car.

Everything was fine until i checked my car on pick up, despite being muddy (which i could live with) there were scratches on a rear wheel arch, which was reported at the time and i was told someone would contact me. Some 2 weeks later still no contact, despite various e-mails and messages left and a quote for £140 to repair the damage ! So i would not recommend using these Let Us Park at Stansted, if only because they do not value their customers or their cars.

This was a painless experience, and the operatives at both departure and return were excellent. courteous, friendly and swift. Cannot recommend them enough.

The only comment I would make was that on arrival we were asked to go to Row M (I think) and we actually had to go further down and park on the left - bit confusing!

The driver who met us and returned the car was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased in every way with the excellent service.

The driver arrived just as we pulled up at 4 am to leave. He was also there as we arrived in the car park at 2.30 in the morning. What more could we ask for. Thanks.
