Great value compared to parking at Stansted itself, & we will use the service in future

considering the awful weather conditions both my husband and I were extremely pleased with your service.

We are frequent flyers have used Meet and Greet many times at Stansted and are very tolerant people but it is the first and last time we will use Comstrad. On our return, we were kept waiting for around 45 mins. The explanation provided on the phone was that there had been a sudden frost and cars were frozen (Despite it being 2 degrees and there was no frost on the windscreens of cars in the car park!) Then when the driver did arrive he told us they had been very busy with people arriving all at once. There were two other groups who were also waiting. If they cannot cope with three cars being collected within an hour maybe they should review their staffing.When our car finally arrived it was very obvious that an animal with muddy feet had climbed on the passenger seat and gone in to the back seats. When we questioned the driver he shrugged his shoulders and said 'I'm only the driver, it must have been like that when you left it.' Considering we don't have any animals that was not the case. We then telephoned his supervisor to be told again 'I'm only a driver, you need to ring customer services.' We eventually got an email address for complaints which was for Alpha Parking, but have had no reply. (Not sure why Alpha, I assume they are the same company.) I think the company should invest in training skills for their employees as their attitude was appalling. The whole idea of valet parking is to reduce waiting time and provide a convenient service. Comstrad did neither.

Meet and greet service takes the sting out of flying to and from Stansted. The Comstrad Valet Parking serrvice was the best I have used.

I have never tryed valet parking before it's so easy.I will be useing Comstrad Valet Parking again, Excellent service thanks guys.

Comstrad Valet Parking were the cheapest parking i found at Stansted. They are reliable offering fast and friendly service. Would use again

This service was absolutely excellent. We were met promptly at the drop off area and the driver was frindly, polite and helpful. He explained clearly where our car would be kept while we were away and the procedure for when we returned. On our return we were met promptly at the designated meeting point. Again, this driver was friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you

The calls were answered immediately (I have experienced phoning a mobile which never gets answered from other companies). We were in convoy with 2 other friends and all three cars were met at the same time. Great communication thank you Comstrad.

Very friendly, punctual drivers. Very easy to use with clear instructions what to do both on departure and arrival. Excellent value for money.

Arrival arrangements were excellent, with just a two minute wait. When we returned we waited about 15 minutes for the car to arrive. Apart from having some mud splashes it was fine. The staff were courteous and pleasant. The whole experience was far superior to either parking in a huge airport car park or a remote park and being bussed in. Would recommend this company.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived on our way out, and was 10 minutes, as he said he would be, when we arrived back. Excellent service!

Only issues were on return of car, roof and back window of car was covered with snow/ice. Our paperwork said car park ticket would be prepaid and we were advised when car was collected that we would have to pay £2.80. Paperwork needs updating!

We got back the day after it had snowed and yet our car was ready and returned to us within 10 minutes of arrival at Stansted. Excellent service!

very good service very friendly driver and was waiting for us on arrival and car was waiting for us by the time we walked to the car park,excellent service would use next time and recommend to friends.

A reliable, friendly service which was excellent value for money. Our car was waiting for us as when we exited the airport so could not ask for better service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

first time to use valet service at stansted.excellent choice,could not fault them,collection and return of vehicle spot on,the staff were very polite and helpful,and good value for money.

used many meet and greet before at stansted but this company was extremely prompt on pick and delivery .. a huge plus especially on return .

Despite following all the instructions, ringing in advance and arriving at exactly the booked time I was parked at the "drop off" point for 15 minutes waiting for the driver to pick up the car. I reeceived no apology when the driver did turn up. On my return I waited 40 minutes from my phone call after collecting my bags. We did spot the poor 2 drivers (the only ones workin!) running to collect other cars whilst we were waiting in the cold. A totally unacceptable service

Drop-off was super fast, driver waiting on arrival. Had to wait 20mins on return. Car wad quite dirty (exterior) on return. Staff were very friendly. Will use Comstrad again.

Couldnt ask for any better, called as we got off the motorway, someone waiting for us when we got there. Then waited about 5 minutes for the car to turn back up. Only thing thats not mentioned is you pay about £2 to get your car out the carpark but its still cheaper than the rest. 10 out of 10.
