I used Comstrad for the first time.Followed up the instructions to call 10 mins before arriving at the airport.Driver was already waiting,very helpful.Again on the way back driver already waiting for us(he actually rung to let us know that the car is ready to collect).Ifound this parking service convenient,reliable and excellent value for money,definitelly will use again.Thank you

This service was excellent and made what can be a very stressful airport experience much easier. We would thoroughly recommend it,

It was good service BUT though it did say driver will meet you with prepaid ticket, driver said "we are told you pay for the ticket on exit". So we paid £2.80 being the minimum charge in the car park he met us, whereas the one next to it had a minimum charge of £2! I did write when we got back and though acknowledged I am still waiting for a response 3 days later. Not a bad company to use but don't believe the print about prepaid ticket, have your change ready when you get back

We had to wait 10-15 minutes each end for the driver to arrive, but we were warned of this when we phoned in, so it was not a problem, and it's still much easier than using the car parks. We arrived slightly early and our plane was slightly late, so a brief delay was quite understandable.

I just would like to thanks gosimply for making my trip to the airport so easy. I have 3 small kids (one of them was only 11months) and I had a lot of suitcase. I phoned the number given 15 mns getting to the airport. To my surprise someone was waiting for me. Dispite the weather(-7c on the 18th Dec) and the time of the day (4am), the guy was very helpful and friendly. We had a quick look around the car and sign the papers and that was it. Same thing on the way back, call as soon as I got my suitcases. I got out of the airport the car was waiting for me. I recommend gosimply to anyone especially family with children.

Great service at a great price , in fact it was cheaper than some of the long stay non meet and greet services! would most certainly recommend.

Waited just a few minutes at either pick up and was quickly away to get the plane or to get onto the motorway

Outbound, I was met promptly at the departure area and simply handed over my keys once the car had been checked for damage. On my return, I was delayed and called ahead, but they had already registered my delay and this caused no problem - 6 inches of snow had fallen, and yet my car was thoroughly cleared and warmed up - the driver even remembered me from the drop-off which saved time in the hand-over - Excellent friendly service.

excellent arrival service,on return got to my car before driver??? waited about 10 mins, and the car had done 45 miles!!!!! must park along way off site was told it was 10

It was a real plasure using Comstrad. The parking was easy and the staff very professional. They even text wehn I landed to remind me to ring them. All in all an excellent parking provider. I would certainly use them again.

The service operated very smoothly and efficiently and the drivers were polite. I will definitely use the service again.

We arrived at Stansted having been told where to park and had to wait about 10-15 mins for someone to arrive who quickly checked over the car and allowed us on our way. On our return to the UK we called the number as advised and again were told where to go to collect our car and it was there waiting for us once we had made our way to the car park. Fantastic service I would highly recommend!!

Not much more to add. A great experience which reminds you of the benefits of valet parking at Stansted Airport.

Very polite and exercised patience due to the lateness of the plane and hour. seamless service experienced , will use again.

Helpful courteous service. Definately beats the bus to car park option and only marginally more expensive too.

Drop off of vehicle went very smoothly excellent customer service could not be faulted. Return however was a bit different called to say was on way and was quoted 8 - 10 minutes reality was 35 minutes ( the bus would have been quicker) guy who dropped off car very abrupt although luckily I had seen the man who collected the car and he was very polite and smoothed ruffle feathers. Would book again but wary of return as that was when I wanted the speed. Perhaps if there are delays a phone call back would have been nice! Further than that very good

We were given conflicting instructions when arriving at the airport. As your booking details state we were told to go to the red car park row m/n this we did after a considerable time waiting my husband rang again and was told to go to the union flag, this was impossible from where we were without needing special clearance from the car park personnel who were kind enough to let us out of the car park. When we did manage to get to the newly appointed area the female member of staff was not interested in the fact that we had wasted 30 minutes trying to meet with her and I believe did not think I would follow this up. On our arrival back at the airport, we rang again and was advised that we needed to go to the red car park (we query whether we needed to go to the same place where we'd dropped it off)and wait at the end of row m/n this we did and waited for approx 15 mins, we than had to flag the driver down because she was driving too close to the car in front of her (same person who had given the confusing details at drop off) and was unable to see us even though we were at the appointed place. I'm not clear how/why the directions for drop off were changed but it would be useful if this possibilty could be mentioned on the booking form, alongside how to get around the airport site. We have used your service previously and found it to be courteous, friendly and reliable which certainly wasn't the case this time. I welcome your comment about our delay and service recieved. This is the second time we have used a meet and greet service and feel that they make the start and finish of the holiday stress free. There was a slight delay in the collection of the car at drop off but none on return. I would use this Company again and recommend it to others.

Friendly and efficient service. Would be happy to recommend. Text prompting very helpful.
