We sat in the bus for more than 10 mins. on our return by which time the bus could have dropped us and been back in sufficient time for the stragglers.

The Parking staff were efficient and the transfer Coaches clean and prompt. Good value for the money.

From arrival to return from holiday the staff acted in a very professionable manner, curteous at all times. The transfer transport was modern,clean and tidy with specific seperate luggage storage. All in all this is a service that we will certainly use again.

The air park is easily accessible from the main dual carraigeway and only a short ride away. This cuts down the waiting time, especially on return home.

I can recommend Airparks parking to anyone but pick up area could be closer to main airport building.

I have used this parking for years & since their take over this parking has become steadily more officious, less friendly & less efficient (not to mention skyrocketing the price of covered parking). This time they reached their nadir with only one rickety transfer bus in action & long delays on a cold morning.

The staff were expecting us on our way out (everything was ready) and we were immediately transported to the airport. On the way back the same comment applies. The staff were helpful, corteous and friendly.

Directions easy to follow,a few minutes away from airport. All staff very helpful and polite. Cost of the parking was very reasonable. The transfers were handled with great efficiency and were on time. Brilliant company would definately use them again. Full satisfaction.

Two aspects could improve. Pickup/dropoff point at the airport was very far from the terminal building. The reception office could benefit from a drinks machine.

On departure, the staff were very friendly and I couldn't have expected more. However on my return, I called the number on my email confirmation, and was told to use the courtesy phone, which I was unable to locate, and there was no one to ask, as it was late at night. My travelling companions spotted the bus, so we proceeded to board. On return to the car park, the attendant in the office made such a big song and dance about the fact that that I hadn't rung. I apologised and said I couldn't locate the phone, it tells you on the card was the reply. It had been a long day, and I hadn't even looked at the card. There was then another comment that I hadn't rung to the driver, as he had to go back to pick up other passengers. I'm not sure if I will use you again for the fear of getting my head bitten off!

The reception on the outward journey was excellent. On return as several flights had arrived at same time there were a lot of passengers for pickup. At first there was only one van which did two journeys before another one joined it to clear the backup. Luckily it wasn't raining!

We were delighted with the service supplied. Top marks on all aspects of the service unable to be more pleased.

A very good service made easy and stress free by a well organised staff. I will use this service again. Thank you.

Everything was as it should have been - no worries prior to going on holiday and no hassle on returning.

Location was easy to find from A1 - directions on webstie spot on easy and quick booking in and out, courtesy buses their waiting for people. We arrived had car booked in, cases on courtesy bus and were on our way to the airport within 15 mins. About 3-5 minute journey to airport. Coming home we had to look around a bit in Newcastle Airport for the phone to call them to bring us back but once found bus arrived within 5 mins no waiting for other passengers and car was waiting when we arrived - so easy no hassle - spot on would strongly reccommend

Normally use the on site parking but pleasantly surprised how easy and straight forward off airport parking was.

Used your facility mainly because the cost of 3 day parking was £10 cheaper than using taxies between Cramlington and the airport and that doesn't included the additional cost of airport taxies. The reception was helpful, friendly and with no unnecessary delay. Compared with Manchester Airport car parks my car was waiting for me at reception and therefore no delay in getting on the road for the journey home. I would definately use and recommend your facilities in the future but like everything else I would weigh up the cost of parking on a longer break to that of the cost of local taxies. D Billham

The whole experience was very good but two down points were the position of the free phone - at a distance from arrivals gate and rather difficult to find, positioned as it was on a pillar with only a very small notice to indicate what it was. Perhaps a small map or instructions as to how to find the phone might be printed on the card given to customers when they hand over their cars. The route from the terminal to the bus pick up was not easy to negotiate with heavy cases. One has to cross a road and with an airport trolley this was quite taxing. It was not raining when we arrived but a shelter to wait for the bus would be very useful though it has to be said the bus was not long in coming to pick us up.

The shuttle bus driver was particularly helpful helping with our cases as we had small children with us, the bus is a definate bonus. The car park was fine, and it was pretty straightforward getting the parking validated on the way out. A set of instructions would be nice with the email sent, as we were looking for a desk within the airport at first until we saw the poster about where customer services was situated.
