this is by far the best airport parking they are fast and friendly no waiting around at the carpark going and fast pick up on return good price for good service and you no your is safe

This was my first experience of Bellair and I will certainly use them again. Two points, both I understand out of the control of Bellair 1. the position of the phone on return from abroad in relation to the pick up point (Newcastle Airport decision) 2. The slightly inconvenient pick up point especially when its raining - no shelter ( Newcastle Aiport decision) However, neither of these points will drive me into the arms of the more expensive airport parking or their expensive taxis

I was transferred to the airport and back very quickly, well within teh 30 minutes that was indiacted on teh website. If I have a comment to make it woudl be that you have a courtsey phone close to the Internationla Arrivals. To phone, presently, you need to walk to Domestic, phone and then walk all the way back to the bus pick up point. And I guess there are more international people using your services than domestic/local flights.

Although car park is outside the airport, the staff made sure that you were at the terminal quickly after leaving your vehicle. On the return trip a bus was waiting for us even though we were late, the bus was in very good condition and clean, with the driver loading our bags. Our cars were waiting for us at the gate of the carpark ready to drive off. Good value for money

I have used this parking facility on numerous occasions and had a very good service every time. It is my first choice when ever I fly from Newcastle airport.

First time we have used the Bellair parking, very impressed by the efficient friendly service, quick transfer to airport, on return two minibuses waiting to pick up passengers. Would definitely use again.

we have used this car park for many years and have always found it to be very convenient for the airport,and very promt with our pick up on the return journey.

when arriving back from abroad the courtesy phone is situated someway from the arrival point and takes a little finding

we have always used airparks newcastle bellair and wouldnt use any other as we have always been satisfied with the service they provide. but i did notice it was even more efficient than normal in reception this year whether it was because there was a very pleasant lady on duty i dont know.

The phone to return to carpark is located too far away from the collection point, and on the other side of the terminal from arrivals. otherwis a very good service which my family will almost certainly us again in the future

The staff were friendly and helpful,the parking was secure and the transfer coaches were prompt and clean, all in all a good service I can reccomend them.

Friendly staff who kept car keys and parked the car. Comfortable mini bus which was punctual and only 5 mins to airport. On return freephone and taxi was there within minutes; car was there ready for us to drive away. On the whole a first class service will definately use again and highly recommended.

The service we received from Bellair reception through to Newcastle airport, less than five minutes away, was excellent in every respect. Equally our return pick up from the airport was was within minutes of confirming our arrival on Bellairs courtesy phone. We were on our way home within fifteen minutes of our pick up from the airport. We would certainly recommend the Bellair service to anyone flying from Newcastle Airport.

We,ve already use the parking facility and we were very happy of the service offered. Once again we were not disappointed, a nice professional and efficient parking facility.

unlike some airport parking facilities Airparks Newcastle was really easy to access from all directions. the check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. the only negative point i can think of is that the courtesy phone in the airport building was out of order when we returned. overall: a very good service.

Absolutely couldnt fault anything. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff even at stupid o'colock in the morning, very quick transfer...was inside the terminal within 15 minutes of parking the car and was in back to my car within about 10 minutes of clearing arrivals on the return leg. What's more I'm notorious for complaining about customer service!!!

no automatic pick up like others. pick up and drop off point in airport car park not directly outside airport. need to ring from telephone inside airport when arrived and waiting time is about 10 minutes. however fast efficient and friendly service

Easy access from motorway and lterally took 5 minutes from leaving car to arriving at airport - Enabled by assured friendly,efficient staff.

Well lit and secure car parking with friendly staff and prompt transfer to the airport. We will be regular customers!
