Despite my very early morning flight the staff who dealt with me were polite and friendly. Car was handed over with a minimum of fuss and the tranist bus was ready and waiting and very clean. Coming back the bus was waiting for me by the time I had walked back from the courtesy phone and my car was waiting near the exit and I was on my way home straight away. Would definitely use again.

easy to find.no messing arond once on site.parked my car up without any fuss.gent who met us was spot on,looked through a list & found me straight away.taken to airport in transit van within mins.phoned the free phone on arrival back.van was more or less waiting to collect us.both ways the drivers of your transit vans were spot on.my car was ready with keys in & parked at the front of building ready to be driven away.excellent service,i will pass it on to my friends & familey & use you again,thanks,paul tomlinson.

Guys, I was sceptical at first especially when I saw all the cars crammed together and I was going to leave our new 07 plate landrover there. Tell you what, we did not have anything to worry about, your service was exceptional. Champagne service at lemonade prices. Your business model most certainly works. You could offer for an additional price a car valeting service though. I will be using you again. Marketing tip, why dont you stick a litter sticker int he back window of all the cars of course with owners persmission, say for a £5 discount of the parking price, that way you get more concentrated marketing in the North East as not all people have the internet. Very straight forward arrangements. The courtesy phone at Newcastle Airport is a little distance from the arrivals area and ,as it transpired, there was actually no need to phone because the courtesy buses were already waiting. Perhaps the instructions on this could be amended?

found the place ok. the older gentleman behind the desk must have had a bad day! tranfer good, driver courteous. on return had to walk to other end of terminal to contact bel air. why isnt there a phone nearer int. arrivals. driver quick to pick up and was courteous. when i tried to find my car all i could see was dirt. i take pride in my car and i have never seen it so dirty. i think for the money i paid a quick once over wouldnt break the bank.

lovely friendly staff, transfer took us to the airport immediately after arriving with car. Phoned when we got off the plane but had to wait cos only 1 bus turned up and there were other people waiting to go first but saying that we didn't have log to wait would recommend Newcastle Bellair.

Would recomend this car park no problem. Car was warmed up and parked right by the entrance when we returned, which was very handy. Never actually used the free phone but, from the directions we had, it was at the other end of the terminal from where we were so was quite a walk. Other than that, spot on.

The car park wasn't very easy to find, I could have used a few more signs! But when we got there parking was very quick and simple and we were taken straight to the airport. On return the minibus took a couple of minutes to arrive and the car was waiting for us. All round great service!

This was the umpteenth occasion on which I had used Bellair for parking when flying on holiday from Newcastle. As usual I found the arrangements to be excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. Help from them with luggage was extremely welcome. Having rung Bellair using the freephone in the terminal, the transfer vehicle arrived just as I was arriving at the pick-up point. No waiting!

Upon arrival at the car park, we were dealt with very quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. Immediately taken to the airport. When we got back from our holiday, we telephoned them for our pick up, they were extremely prompt and were at the pick up point before we were! First class service.

Unlikely to use Q-Park again, due entirely to the fact that we had to walk through heavy rain to be picked up in a corner of the car park a distance from any sort of cover. To be soaked like this before a journey home of almost 1 1/2 hours is not a joke.

We found the service first class from drop off to pick up. We have used Q parks when it was named Bellair and we found that the standards were still as high even though we had not used the parking facilities for 10 years. The only downside was the walk from the drop off point to and from the airport buildings due to security reasons however this would not stop us using your facilities again

Excellent service at both ends of the journey. Arrived 5am to be met by very friendly staff. Checkin was straight forward and transfer to airport immediate. On return we were picked up very promptly at the designated spot. Again very friendly helpful service and the car was ready and waiting. Highly recommended.

We chose this one over others because it was recommended by our friends and peolple on the internet, it was very near to the airport and easy to find. Service we recieved was exellent and we have already suggested our friends use it when they frequently fly abroad.

i would imagine most of your customers are private holidaymakers so why is the phone (for collection) at the opposite end of the airport to where we arrive? is it to make it easier for the minority of your customers, businessmen, arriving at the domestic arrivals? i have marked down the transfer purely for that reason, the drivers couldn't have been more helpful, a credit to your company. thankyou.

it was a straight forward and simple exercise for myself. I would wonder however if you are a family group about the suitabillity of the mini buses due to limited seating on the buses and that you may have to wait for a second collection before getting back to your vehicle.

I found the facility easily and was soon driven to the airport. It would be preferable if the drop off and pick up point could be nearer the building instead of at the northern end of the carpark. A courtesy phone is also needed at International arrivals. Pick up was prompt and my car ready to drive away.

I love this parking service. The transfers are quick. My car is always as I left it and the drivers are really friendly. The only downside is that as a regular user of the car park I have noticed the prices have gone up quite a bit in less than a year. Although to be fair they aren't they only ones.

No complaints, except re drop off as above, i was travelling alone with 2 children, kerbs around airport high & difficult to get trolley up onto it alone. otherwise excellent, quick call on return & transport there within a few minutes, friendly & car awaiting us on return to q park.

I realise that the drop-off/ pick-up point at the airport is dictated by the airport but I think it is appalling that they have put you so far from the entrance. Please could we have a telephone in 'International Arrivals'? Please keep saying 'formally Bellair' as that is the way I remember you and identify you.
