I was very impressed with the service I received at Newcastle Airport. The transfer was quick and easy and upon my return the courtesy was waiting at the pick up point. Also, when we got back to the car park 5 minutes later my keys were waiting and 2 minutes later I was on my way. Fantastic service. Will definitely be using this car park again.

We had a puncture on the way for our flight which we consequently missed - however the staff at Newcastle couldn't have been more helpful - 10 out of 10 for their customer service

I found the staff pleasant and helpful and would recommend to anyone else wanting to leave their car for a period. car was in good condition on my return after 31 days away

Reasonably priced and within a short distance of the airport. On return when I called the car park, the mini bus was there within 5 - 10 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others

I wasn't asked for ID when collecting my car & my car wasn't locked. It would be better if the courtesy bus dropped you nearer to the Terminal - not in carpark. Not good when it's pouring down! Overall, not sure I would use them again.

It does what it says gets you there quickly and by the time you reach the pick up point after ba nphone call the transport is there. Would recommend and definitely use again.

This is the second time I've used this car park and it was another excellent experience. The staff and helpful and the transfer buses are clean and run frequently. I felt happy that my car would be safe there and would be returned in the same condition as when it was left. I'd recommend this car park to anyone flying from Newcastle.

I was cautious about using the service as I had watched horror programmes on the tv about bad experiences with airport parking throughout the country - ie cars crammed in and damaged - joy riding while cars were in their care etc. I decided to give this a go after a friend recommended Bellair. The price quoted was very reasonable and the directions given were very helpful. We arrived at 8am on 29th December - extremely cold - popped into the reception and was greeted with a helpful member of staff who took my key and details and then a minibus came for us - all within 5 minutes of pulling in. Quick, easy drive to the airport. On return there is a free phone in the airport but note that this is at the opposite end to arrivals - took me a while to find it! After phoning the office and going outside, the minibus arrived. On returning to the site my car was out and ready - got key from reception within minutes. I found this a quick, reliable service with pleasant staff. I will be using them again on my next trip from Newcastle.

have used this car park on several occasions and have always found the staff to be friendly and polite. The transfer both to and from Newcastle airport has been very quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this parking facility. We will certainly be using this car park again this year.

We were on a short break to Apain, booked the night before for parking at the cost of a one way taxi ride. Staff could not have been more helpful, even letting us bring the additional 2 people we were giving a lift home to, in the bus with us rather than having to go back to the airport to collect them. 1st class service!!!!

The whole service was exactly what we needed. Excellent, helpful and polite staff - cheerful too! Car was taken care of from the moment we dropped it off until we returned, everything was excellent

The drop off and collection location at the airport is well away from the terminal with few if any trolleys. To wheel a trolley to the terminal requires you to go over at least 2 kerbs which is almost impossible with heavy luggage. I asked the driver about this and he told me that this was their allocated location. There is a far more convenient location for public 'Drop off' close to the terminal with plenty of trolleys and easy access. In addition, the telephone you use on your return is located at the far end of the building from 'International Arrivals' and I couldn't find it.

Good parking facility; only negative was having to wait for coach to return on very cold night, as it was full when we arrived, there is nowhere out of the elements to sit and my wife has walking difficulties, I will not phone ahead in future, but go straight to the bus stop.

I have used this service a few times now and I am never disappointed. Staff are friendly and efficient.They look after your car key too so no worrying about losing them on holiday. The buses are clean and well maintained. Even though our return flight was 30 mins early and it was 2.30 am there was a friendly driver waiting to pick us up. First class service!

The park was easy to find, the staff were helpful when booking my car in and there was no delay in getting my transfer to the airport. I would say a 5-star service all round.

Drivers helpful with luggage and quick to respond to call for transport back to car park on our return.

I only live a short distance from the Airport but for short stays this works out cheaper than taxis.

1) The arrangements at Airparks went very smoothly, with good customer service. 2) The drop-off and collection point is a short walk from the terminal building (whereas some competitiors drop off directly outside the door). This makes a difference at night or in bad weather. 3)There was a single collection per flight. Therefore although we only had hand luggage, we still had to wait for the other passengers to collect hold luggage.

The car park was easy to find. The service was excellent and the transfer took only a few minutes. On return we informed them we had landed and by the time we got to the pick up point the mini bus was waiting. We would definitely use this car park again and would recommend it to anyone.

First time we used service as previously used airport parking. Picked it because cheaper. Very impressed, bus waiting to take us to airport and was there within minutes of ringing. Friendly staff who gave clearly understood instructions for pick up. Will be using again in March. Thanks.
