I arrived as a lone female traveller at 3.30am. As it was dark I felt a lettle intimidated by the poor lighting and the reception was in a portacabin, which threw me a bit. However, the staff were friendly and the transfer was prompt. I would use them again.

My vehicle wheeltrim was damaged, I had purchased the car only a few days before and it spotless. No complaint was made as I had no proof. Also when I arrived I witnessed a car being driven at a high speed across the carpark by one of the young staff members.

Generally we were fully satisfied with the arrangements, however we had a longish wait at the airport before transport was available. We accept that it was due to our delayed flight clashing with another flight. We would use their facilities again. Thank you.

This was completely hassle free. Within minutes of arriving we were on the transfer bus to the airport which took only 5 minutes. This is the first time we have used this parking area and we will certainly use again. The staff were very friendly even at 5.00am. On return, by the time we got to the pick up point the tranfer bus was waiting for us. It was only a matter of minutes before were in our car on our way home. Great service - thankyou.

A very easy and pleasent expieriance. The staff were waiting for us a party of five early five thirty in the morning. We were booked in and on the mini bus transfer in five mins. Arived at departures in a couple of mins not to far to walk no more than the airport short stay drop off area. On return again very quick just phoned on the free phone and we were picked up within five mins our car was waiting for us when we got their. My only complaint would be the position of the free phone at the wrong side of the airport so when you come out of customs you have to walk left past check in and wh smith and more, then i still had to ask as it is not very well signed. You then have to walk all the way back as you get picked up where you are droped off in the short stay car park at departures. This however is my only complaint as the staff and service were perfect and i would recomend to anyone.

Outward bound we arrived at a busy time, half term holidays -however we were quickly loaded onto the shuffle bus. Remember to have your printout at hand with you as I initially only had a ref no. which I was told was not acceptable - fourtunatley I found my printout! The return was quick the driver being polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to use this car park again.

The Q-Park is very easy to find and probably the closest off-site parking area to the airport. The transfers were quick and efficient and the car was all ready for pick up on return. Staff were very organised and helpful (though a bit surly early in the morning!) All in all well worth it and value for money.

Overall we were very satisfied with our experience of Q-Park Bellair. It is easy to find and only a short five minute shuttle bus ride from the airport. The staff were expecting us and had all our paperwork ready, and on our return our car was waiting outside the office for us. Unfortunately the staff did seem to lack a sense of humour but we didn't let that deflate our high spirits.It appears an efficient, well organised and secure facility.

The whole process proved to be very simple and cost effective for me. I had considered either getting a lift to and from the airport or even using the local taxi service but it worked out well for me as I was not away for a long holiday. Had I been out of the country for a fortnight or so it could have proved fairly expensive to park. Perhaps a long stay discount would encourage me in such a situation.

The carpark was very easy to find and we didnt have to wait long until we were taken to the airport. On the return we search for the Pillar with the phone but couldnt find it, luckily the bus appeared just before we were about to give up and get a taxi.

The staff were great given the 5am arrival and our transfer was very quick in a lovely warm minibus. The staff were very helpful. The great service was repeated on our return and we only had to wait a few moments on our courtesy bus to return. Our car was waiting for us and ready to go. It was very easy to find and did exactly what it said on the tin!

the car park staff were very helpful,lifting baggage on/off the bus.there was no waiting to go to the airport terminal once we had left our car with them.the only let down was that we were not dropped off directly outside of the terminal which meant we had to hump the baggage to the entrance ourselves,also on our return we had to ring the office to advise that we had landed.it would be better if the staff could check the landing times of the planes the way our taxi service does when we use them,so we do not need to hang around after 24hours of travelling.

We arrived at Newcastle at 0400 hours to a friendly welcome. The minibus was called for straight away and by the time we had dealt with the paperwork the minibus was waiting to transport the 2 minutes to the airport. The return transfer also ran just as smoothly. I would definitley use QPark Newcastle Bellair in the future.

The service is what it is however......upon our return the phone in the airport is in the wrong place for international flights & your pick up point. Also I experienced difficulties in getting through & so used my mobile to try the tel no of the company but no one was answering it cos they were too busy. This was mentioned to the staff when we eventually got picked up. Not the best of experiences. You need a back up system for customers otherwise we are left in a vulnerable position & people in the airport itself don't particularly want to help cos it is in their interest to encourage the use of their car park rather than an off site facility. So I guess you need to improve before I & my friends use you again. Please indicate what action you intend to take to remedy the problem.

Thanks to the poor grace of Newcastle Airport, the designated drop-off and pick-up point for Bellair is in a corner of a car park about 50m from the terminal building. This means lugging cases (there are no ramps on the kerbs so you can't use a trolley) in the open air - if the weather is bad, this could be a problem. The firm themselves were helpful, courteous and cheerful, and couldn't have been more pleasant.

The car parking staff were helpful and the service was fast and efficient, however I'm not sure I would use it again as we had to wash our car twice afterwards as on collection it was covered in thick oily film. We had to replace the exhaust pipe which was fine when we left it there but this could be pure coincidence.

Service generally could not be faulted. Pity that the bus cannot drop you any closer to the terminal. It's a good 100m walk with the bags. Telephone for calling for pick up was tricky to find, but answered immediately and bus despatched. Don't know where they stored my car but it was covered in bird muck when I got it back.

By the time I'd walked from the phone to the pick up point, the mini bus was already there, 3min drive to the parking plot and my car was just being parked up. Exchanged the card for my car keys and off I went. Took less than 5 mins from phone call to driving off.

Easy to get to and cheaper than the airport. We arrived early morning and there was a bus waiting to take us straight to the airport. (No waiting around for the bus). When we arrived back from our hols we used the courtesy phone to ring for the bus, and by the time we walked to the pick-up point the bus arrived. Car was parked near the exit, so no searching for it we just had to get in and go. Excellent will use again.

We have never been to a car park which offered such a fast and efficient service. Immediately we parked the car, transport took us to the airport and within minutes of us arriving back at Newcastle, transport was there to return us to our car. Our cars available upon arrival for us to get in and drive away. Excellent service, friendly staff and definately one to be recommended.
