On the whole a very easy stress free service! It's as close to the airport as can be, transfers regular and prompt! I just wish there had been a clear and easy to find phone in the airport! I had to ask different people where it was!

The staff at Airparks were quick to get you started on your holidays with all the information you required to leaving your car and the car being collected at the airport. Saved us a lot of hassle having to get the bus back to the depot. Will cetainly be using them again.

Drop of and Pick up was as stated on the internet, no issues, would use again as long as the price does not rise.

Why can taxis park outside the airport arrivals and yet your minibus is barred from that location? When it is raining, an unpleasant walk from the arrivals door to the minibus is annoying and even when it isn't raining, it is still a long way with your luggage after a long flight, often in the early hours. got there a bit earlier than expected, was no problem. within five minutes we were on bus going to airport. on return the transfer bus was there within a couple of minutes, car was waiting for us, got our keys and we were on the way home.

Seamless!! From booking to collection after a great week away - friendly helpful staff no waiting would use again if flying from Newcastle.

Absolutely no problem finding the car parking. Transferred with in 5 minutes right to the door. Meet and greet on return was excellent - saved about 20 minutes. The car was there almost immediately. Very good indeed.

Very happy with the location and staff at this Carpark facility, as soon as I arrived with my car, a bus was waiting and within minutes I was at the airport. Would definally recommend!!

Greeted by friendly staff both outbound and inbound. Efficient pick up service with location about 200 metres from terminal. Weighing scales in the office was a bonus so we were sorted with luggage beforehand. All in all a first class service. Thank you!

We don't really have a great deal of airport carpark experience (except at Manchester) with whom to compare this carpark - but we found the experience at Newcastle to be very speedy and courteous, and certainly better than at Manchester (with a different company). We wouldn't hesitate to use Airparks Newcastle again. Many thanks.

Airparks and the other operators should enlist BAA's assistance in the more convenient positioning and signing of the "courtesy" phone .. It currently is as far from "arrivals" as it could be and unsigned.. Inconvenient.

no problems at all with this service, however I wouldn't like to wait in the airport carpark for the return bus if the weather was bad.

Easy transaction and the transfers took us to and from the aiport really quickly - no hanging around. First time i have used air port car parking and would use again.

We couldn't really fault the service. Our car appeared to be well looked after and the mileage check we did showed that the car hadn't been driven all over Newcastle. Our only criticism was that chap who took our keys lacked the usual Geordie happy go lucky charm. In fact we got the impression that he resented all these people using his his carpark.

On arrival the staff were friendly and paperwork was immediately at hand when handing car keys over to staff. Tranfers to and from airport where quick and checks were carried out to ensure luggage was loaded into the correct mini-bus. Again on collection of car the staff were friendly and keys to my car were immediately available to hand. I have used Airparks Newcastle on several occasions and have always received positive service. I have recommend Airparks Newcastle to relatives and family members and they have commented on the positive service this Airpark provides.

Go Simply were very understanding when we were delayed due to the volcanic ash last year and we therfore were more than happy to use them again this year. The service remains very good and we will continue to use them.

The service was as described and we were very satisfied with the customer service.

Dont expect any help, when you arrive someone may grunt at you and point to a space or a cabin. After waiting in a queue while the one member of staff takes for ever to process your paperwork you then sit in the transfer bus until either it is full or they decide they are ready to take you. Then endure a white knuckle ride to the airport as the driver gets you there as fast as he can because everyone is now running late having sat for so long at the carpark. The return was somewhat easier, a slight inconveniece that the telephone to call the park is at the complete opposite end of the airport to the pick up point. Same rapid transit on the way back, fortunately the carpark is less than a mile from the airport ! Yes it is cheap, they keep your car, and get you to the airport and back, customer service is not included !!
