We had very good service as the coach was waiting for us at the car park as we dropped off the car and there was only one other couple to be taken to the airport also. A quick call to let them know we had arrived meant the coach picked us up within 5 minutes. I must state that there were no other travellers coming back with us so the service was excellent. How this differs if there are others to be collected from other terminals around the same time - I cant comment on.

We arrived at the car park only to be told that there was no space available as the booking agent had taken our booking even though there was no space available - a common problem according to the car park office staff. After explaining that this wasn't really our problem and that, having paid for the car park, we expected to be given a space, the office staff begrudgingly checked us in and found a space for us. Although the bus was a bit grubby, the driver on the way to the airport was friendly and we were dropped off right outside Terminal 2. I would consider use them again as, apart from the staff (who may just have been fed up with the overbooking issue to be fair) the service was pretty good.

After seeing this service on the net we decided to give it a go because of the price. It was good value for money, however the site was off the beaten track and the distance to the airport was further than we expected. We had a great holiday and the service did not let us down.

First time used this particular parking comapny, would use again as there was no problems on either journey. Cheap rates, other prices were at least £15-£20 more for the 2 weeks required. Close to airport and took alot of hassle out of our holiday.

The service was good, eventhough my return date was not changed on the computer, the staff at the carpark were very helpful. Pick up from the airport on return journey was very quick, most appreciated after a long flight. In all a good service which I will use again.

The entire service offered is first class. The transfer to airport is not long at all. We were dropped right at the terminal we required, unlike a local competitor, and the coach was there waiting on our return. We would definetly book with Autostrong again.

The location is not ideal as the traffic is quite bad in the immediate vicinity and it is not next to the motorway network. Also, I am not entirely happy with trusting strangers with my car keys as somne unscrupulous car-park owners have been known to use the cars trusted to them. However, the transfers are regular and they turned up at the airport quite soon after I rang them.

we had a good experience. There was no time wasted either transferring us to the airport or picking us up on our return. We would use autostrong again as they offered good value for money. I did feel that the drop off area was a little congested when we arrived.

I've used a number of Manchester Park and Ride companies over the years and Autostrong were as good as any of the competition. I had a good first experience with this company, my only cautionary note would be the distance to and from the airport; I did wait around 20 minutes to get picked up followed by a 10/15 minute transfer, but given the distance the driver had to cover I did expect a wait, for me it was not excessive given the distances. If you want a cheap park and ride and don't mind a little bit of a wait, this is the company to use.

It was about 0.C on return, the car wouldn't start, even tho i was told there policy is to start and warm up the cars for your return. In fairness they let me use my jump leads on their van and we got our car going, but it was all frosted up on the windows....

Have used Autostrong 3 times now and will continue to use in the futute. Easy to get to & from for an off-airport car park. Quick efficient check-in and 10 minutes transfer along quiet country roads to airport. Prompt pick up on arrival back into UK.

the transfer times were excellent. we were transfered within 5 minutes of arriving and on returning from our holiday we waited less than 5 minutes. the staff were very friendly as were the drivers. it definetely is very good value for money. would definetely use again. thanks

good value for money, transfers to and from the airport were very quick, no waiting about. Only negative points were the drivers. The driver to the airport never stopped talking verbal diahrea the whole journey. The driver on the way back was the most surly old manchunian ignorant pig i have ever come across. No help with the van doors never mind the bags.

The whole experience was delivered excellently. The transfer staff were great, very chatty,polite and helpful. Check in was quick and easy and the whole ordeal was made miles easier by all the staff involved. I will definitely use autostrong next time i fly from Manchester. Thanks.

Coming off the M60, it is quite a drag through suburban streets to get to this car park, and your navigation has to be quite good to find it. Transfer takes quite a while, especially if you hit traffic, but if you have the time it is very good value and efficient.

arrived at autostrong at 4.a.m driver took luggage from car while hubby booked in didnt have to park straight to terminalcases taken out of minibus by driver.on return rang up told minibus on its way arrived 2 minutes later driver really helpful again put cases in minibus really pleasant guy again unloaded cases and put them in car really good have used autostrong before when we chose autostrong it wasnt quite the cheapest but as we had used them before we knew they were good.

We arrived half an hour before we wanted to be at the airport because the advert said 10 min transfer app. We had to wait twenty five minutes for the drivers to change shift! Then about 15 mins to get there. We made sure we had lots of time, but others who were in a rush might not be very appreciative of this delay.

Liked the fact they took our mileage on the car before we left the keys with them - gave us confidence that they certainly did not intend to use the car, as other companies have been proved to have done this in the past, as shown recently on TV. Would use again & would recommend. Thank You.

This was a totally enjoyable experience. The directions from the motorway were excellent. The way directions were given to us before leaving for airport was explained was detailed and full of explainations. We were dropped off at airport and picked up from the airport with no problems our car was waiting for us. I would definately use u again and I would recommend your firm to any one travelling abroad and flighing out from Manchester airport. Do you have other airport as we travel from Liverpool a lot.

25 OCT 2006 Had to hang around at car park after booking in for sufficient numbers to fill transfer bus to Airport and likewise on return. Transfer Bus could have done with a little clean and freshening up (smelled of stale something). On collection of Car found driver floor mat slightly muddied due to car park surface. Easy to get to, friendly staff and even with the above comments would probably use them again, based on price.
