This was our first time using Autostrong and really couldnt fault the service. It was easy to find and very convenient from Liverpool. The service when we arrived and our return was first class. Thank you.

Very effiecient and well organised. Transfer to the airport was great, coming home less so - depends, probably on when you land. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

i found the staff to be miserable and unhelpful. they obviously hate their jobs and had no intention of breaking into a smile. Its very difficult to find so we arrived with only 25 minutes before our check in closed. I explained we were running late and asked how long it would take to get to the airport. They said 10 minutes. I was told to put our suitcases into the trailer. We sat in the minibus for 15 minutes, it took a further 10 mins to get to the airport. It was 5am and nobody else was waiting to be transferred. We got to the airport with 1 minute for check in and very stressed. I wont use this park again and will pay more to get either closer to the airport or for a more helpful and friendly service.

I will recommend this company to my friends. Yhe only reason I probably won't use them again is the journey from the Scottish Borders to Manchester detracts from the enjoyment of the holiday. I prefer to fly from a local airport

Excellent service all round. Polite & friendly staff. No waiting around either on arrival at the car park or on return to airport. The facility was easy to find and the staff there were very helpful. There was no waiting around to be taken to the airport and the transportation was excellent. Very good value and we would use them again.

Simple and easy to use website. Saves all the hassle of trailing through different sites. The only thing, if anything, i would complain about is the guy who brought us back from the airport was a bit miserable.

overall very good service and given an i d number for future bookings with discounts the wait not too bad but had the weather been bad could have been a problem very little space in the shelter i know they are not responsible for this but when you phone a time for pick up meant you could have stayed in the terminal

Not far from the airport - no more than a 10 minute ride along quiet country roads. On arrival we were quickly attended to and left immediately in the waiting bus.Arriving back after our holiday we phoned to let Autostrong know we had collected our luggage but on leaving the terminal building we found the bus waiting for us. Once back at the car park we found our car lined up for collecting and within 2 minutes we were on our way.Very pleased with the service and will use Autostrong again.

Despite the fact that this car park is some distance from the aiport, waiting time for the courtesy buses and actual transfer time were minimal (about 15 mins). Only downside is the courtesy bus didn't stop outside T3 but set down outside T1 which means you have to walk a very short distance between the terminals if you're going from T3. No problem if you can find a baggage trolley though!

Would probably take a bit of finding without satnav but well worth the parking fee and staff very helpful and professional. Picked up on our return with no problems.

Overall I was very impressed. I recently used some aiport parking at Liverpool airport and the security was non-existent. Security here was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Pick up was 10 minutes after clearing customs. Would recommend and also will use again. Good price too.

Superb directions to car park and only 15-20 minutes from all Manchester Airport Terminals.On arrival back at the airport our bus was just 5 mins away as we collected our luggage.Superb service .ILL BE BACK !!!

Very good service. Just handed over the keys then got on the minibus to airport. On return minibus was waiting outside. Back at car park car and keys were waiting, great!

The deal I got was a very good one and although it's not one of the closest parking facilities to the airport, it was easy to find and there was very little time spent waiting for the shuttle bus. I'd definitely use them again.

At check-in there was only one person in the office. No problem with that but she was continually on the phomne dealing with customer queries and it took a long time to check in. Same on the return except thsi time she had mixed up the car keys and tried to give me someone elses. Problem was their car wasn't quite as good as mine or I might have been tempted!

A fantastic value-for-money option. Our only problem was finding it and getting out again because a diversion was in place (badly signposted, as usual) and we ended up going in circles. This wasn't Autostrong's fault of course! Would certainly use them again: 30 mins from arrival at car park to drop-off at airport.

Very pleased with the service - we had an issue which meant we changed vehicles at the last minute and it was dealt with competently. The transfers were frequent and not too long. Great value for money. We would use them again.

Though I had a trouble locating the place at first, everything else was superb. Excellent service value for money. Very quick transfer to and from airport. Will be using again & recommend to anyone who needs a parking near airport.

On arrivel back in uk,dark,cold,miserable,we made our way to pick up point and the coach was there to greet us, the driver loaded our bags,we got inside a nice and warm coach,15 mins later back at the park the driver unloaded our bags while we went to the office signed for our keys, the car was parked just outside the office,load up,and away home,no fuss,no messing,a great sevice was had,I will be using your sevice next time I go away, many thanks.
