As we arrived, the driver was about to depart, but held on for us. The lady on the desk was a little curt, but not offensively so, probably just her way! The driver to the airport was very chatty and pleasant. On our return we only waited 5 minutes after our call, and the car was waiting for us when we got back. Very good service indeed, thanks you! Also, we booked at short notice, and Autostrong alot cheaper than the next cheapest - excellent value for money.

Although it was prompt service the journey from the airport back to Autostrong was hairraising and after a long flight not very pleasant.

I was worried on booking and reading some reviews that stated it was difficult to find. I have no idea how; you see B & Q, you turn and it's practically at the end of the road, no problems at all. Nice friendly staff and car waiting literally at front door as I returned. Took all of 30 seconds from getting out of the mini bus to driving away in car, fantastic, and I waited no more than 5-10 mins to be picked up/taken to airport. First class for hassle free parking, will def use again and recommend to all my friends.

Autostrong was easy to find and there were no problems with checking in and the transfer. Will definitely use them again!

I found Park and Fly an excellent, no hassle way of starting your holiday. But found it a little hard to find the place. Could have been my navigation skills.

We had difficulty finding yard at night, didn't expect it to be down a small back street and wasn't well lit on approach but once in compound found staff helpful.

I was very happy with the service I received at Autostrong. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Transfer was very quick and efficient. Upon my return, after telephoning Autostrong to let them know we were back, was told someone would be with us in 10 mins. After getting outside found someone was already waiting. I was extremely impressed. The only thing I would say against them is that the directions were not very clear. Overall very pleased with the service, so much so I have booked to use them again next month.

Grumpy staff on arrival, they had lost someone's car keys ! We had booked in advance only to be told they were full and couldn't find our booking on their system - luckily we had the receipt and they said they would put our car "somewhere". The transfer was through bumpy housing estates and was a long journey, not recommended with children. Would not park with them again, would choose someone closer to the airport.

Immediate drop off and pick up and the car was waiting close to the bus when we arrived back, good all round service, recommended.

A lot easier and cheaper than taxis, with no worries about being collected once you have returned from your trip.

I was very pleased with the service we received, I would recommend using Autostrong Park and Fly as I can't fault the service, very good value for money.

This was the first time we've used Autostrong and found them very helpful, we felt the car would be secure and the transfers too, and we had no waiting time for the transfers to and from the airport. We would definitely use Autostrong in the future.

The only concern I had was the condition of the car when I received it back, as the drivers side door was damaged by another door (probably), otherwise the service and staff were great.

Economical and efficient transfers to and from airport, but drivers could be more talkative and friendly.
