My first time for trying airport parking, and definitely something I will do again. The whole experience was outstanding.

Grumpy reception staff, scutty portacabin type reception, terrible toilets, scruffy minivan but efficient and cheap!

Autostrong park & Fly were very efficient in taking and collecting us from the airport. We would use them again.

I was really pleased with the service we received from Autostrong - as soon as we had checked in with them, we were taken straight to the airport.When we returned, the minibus was waiting for us, so no hanging around in the cold waiting for them to arrive. Their prices were very competitive and I will certainly book Autostrong next time I fly from Manchester, and will recommend them to friends.

The directions to the compound where excellent and all of the staff where very friendly even considering the time of day (5.30 am). The wait at the arrivals terminal wasn't too long and the driver was very helpful thanks for a pleasent experiance

Transfer to and from airport was quick and efficient. The car was waiting for us when we came back. What more can you ask for. Excellent value for money.

Directions to site easy to follow, facilities basic but site appeared secure, bus transfer 20 minutes or so,driver helpful and friendly, on return pick up swift and trouble free despite delay to flight arrival, as a frequent flier parking costs soon add up, over the year the savings would pay for 4 more dives or a couple of excursions.

Drivers were ok, office staff not very friendly, quite miserable. You have to telephone for pick up after you've been through customs, some companies this isn't necessary as they have flight details and arrivals even if they are early or delayed. It was one of the cheapest quotes given, this is reflected in the overall service.

very good service secure parking and good transfers. just a little hard to find when you have not been before.

Airport Transfer driver outwards very unfriendly and driving very erratic, luggage sliding over floor in rear of minibus upon return, we waited 45 minutes for pick up following call, and again Transfer driver never uttered a word, luggage put into trailer, floor of trailer obviously not clean as luggage was dirty from floor of trailer, staff in general not friendly, will not use again,

It was easy to book our parking over the internet, the site was simple to find, the staff knew what they were doing and were punctual and helpful on our return. The car was parked ready for us when we arrived back at the site. Overall, there was no reason to complain about anything - well done!

Staff and transfers were friendly and effcient. Transfers were quick with minimal waiting on pick up from the airport.

Had to wait 20 minutes for pick up from airport once the call to the 0800 number was made even though the advert stated 5 minutes and the actual transfer is not as quick as we were told. Badge off the front of our car was stolen from the car park. Staff are a little moody in comarison to other car parks we've used, we could put that down to the early hours of our arrival?

Very easy to use this service. We turned up and we taken within minutes to the airport. On the way home, our flight was delayed by 10 hours yet they were aware of this and our transfer bus was already waiting for us at the airport. We'll definitely be using this service again.

They are always quick and efficent in dropping off etc..we found the costs cheaper this time booking on the Internet.

transfer times great and staff friendly. bus waiting for us when we returned eventhough had delay of 1 1/2 hours so was greatly appreciated.

Our recent experience with Autostrong was very satisfactory. No waiting around, straight onto the transport for the swift journey to the airport. On our return the transport was there as soon as we came out of the terminal. We just had a couple of minutes on the bus to await 2 more passengers. Very quick journey back to the car park where our keys and car were handed over promptly. the staff were making bacon sandwiches and I commented how good it smelt. They offered me a sandwich which I declined but I thought it was a nice gesture from the friendly staff.

No waiting about and the fastest pick up ever at the airport literally 45 seconds from putting phone down and no the bus wasnt already there waiting having picked up others, we were the only passengers on it!

On arrival the staff told us exactly what to do for check in and got us to the airport on time. When we arrived back we only had to wait for 5 mins before they picked us up. very good experience all in all

Overall we were very pleased with Autostrong Car Parking. They were very organised and friendly and the transfers were straightforward taking about 15 minutes which was fine. To find them from the motorway you need to go through the town which can be a little conjested depending on the time you arrive, so travellers should allow a little extra time for that.
