The staff were friendly and helpful. Our car had been defrosted and warmed when we arrived home on a cold January evening. Great!

This will always be our choice of car park as the car is parked by the staff only. When parking at another car park where we parked ourselves our car was damaged down one side when the next people got their suitcases from the car, hence why we will always use Autostrong from now on.

Directions were easy to follow-we arrived at night without any problems following route.Ideal location for anyone travelling from the south.From entering site to leaving on minibus took 5 minutes-brilliant!! well done APH. Service that couldn't be bettered,that is until we got back.Maldives 90deg -back to Manchester MINUS 5deg Dont want to be hanging around too long.Rang tel no given to us when cases collected, walked out of terminal -20 metres to bus stop-30 seconds later minibus arrives with frindly driver!!15minutes back to depot _car waiting with engine running to warm it up for us to combat extremely cold weather-TOTAL TIME FROM COLLECTING CASES TO DRIVING OUR CAR AWAY FROM DEPOT LESS THAN 20 MINUTES-ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE-THANKYOU TO ALL AT APH FOR FINISHING A BRILLIANT HOLIDAY BRILLIANTLY

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The turnround was very quick and efficient.

I work on the basis that you can always pay for what you get, but when the provider exceeds the expectation for what you pay, eg Ryanair, they have to be commended. I would use and recommend the website and Autostrong's. Thanks.

On arrival the woman on the counter was rather unfriendly. We were told to get on one minibus and as we were loading our luggage we were told to move to another one. On our homecoming the driver of the minibus was rather unsociable. He never spoke when picking up luggage, during the journey or when unloading luggage. Had much better service from other companies.

When my car would not start (flat battery) the staff were very helpful and we were soon on our way home.

We arrived back on a cold frosty night, car was waiting defrosted and warmed up waiting to just drive away. Well done. transfers good and would use this service again.

Autostrong is great value for money. There is never any waiting for transfers from the car park to the airport, and when being picked up they tend to be speedy and efficient in comparison to other car parks we have used at Manchester.

Autostrong is not too far from manchester airport but takes quite a bit longer to get to. However the service was quick and efficient and transfers took about 15 mins only. The return path worked well and we weren't hanging around for long. Recommended

the directions given were not very clear and the right turn into the last road after the traffic lights would have been impossible to make across the busy opposite carriageway. After we had driven up and down the same road a couple of times without spotting the road sign we eventually spotted the road because we had turned round and could then make a left turn more easily.

Car park was easy to find, price was very reasonable Transfers were fine wait was 5mins going took them 15 mins coming back as good as any others we have used good value for money car was waiting were we were dropped off did not have to go and find it

We found the car park ok from instructions (without sat nav) staff where friendly and service was good ..the mini bus left when full...on return we where the only ones tobe picked up early morning and rang the pick up contact number and they came within about 10mins....good experience for our 1st time...Geoff Clark

I was pleased with the service apart from the transfer time. It takes at least 20 minutes to get to the airport from Autostrong, unlike the few minutes they state on their website. On the outward trip, they were obviously waiting for another couple before we left for the airport. It meant that we were late, past our latest check in time, and I felt sick with worry on the way incase they wouldn't let us on the flight. Luckily everything was ok, but at that point in time I would have happily paid the extra money to park in the airport multistorey. On the way back the service was great, we were picked up straight away despite having had our flight delayed 2 hrs and they didn't charge us any extra money for the extra time the car was parked there. I would use them again, but I would leave much more time for getting to the airport.

Although at first glance the site looks rundown the booking in etc was efficient and the transfers quick and comfortable enough. On return when you want as least delay as possible the mini bus was there within 10 minutes of our call, and on arrival at car park our car was ready near the gate and we were on our way within 5 minutes.

When we arrived for the bus to go to the airport it was available straight away, staff were good, using directions found the carpark quite easily, had good instructions on what to do when we got back into manchester. We didn't have to wait very long for pick up at manchester maybe 15minutes but sometimes it seemed as though buses from other comanies were more frequent.

On arrival after booking my car in we were left standing for about 5 minutes not knowing who was taking us to the airport or when we were going to be taken as we were just told to wait outside. However we did arrive at what appeared to be a choatic and busy time. Felt confident leaving my car there and the drivers got us to the airport quickly and were just as quick to pick us up when we arrived back in Manchester

Well, when we finally arrived (it was difficult to find as the instructions were hard to follow and one of the roads was shut that it told you to go down), the women told us that we weren't booked in and may not get a place. I had booked a month in advance! Anyway it was a bit further to airport than was advertised and i think i would park closer and pay more next time! Although for the money we paid for a week, service was perhaps to be expected.

On the whole the parking and service was good, although I was not impressed with the journey to the airport. The driver drove for too fast which included going through red lights in the early hours of the morning. If I had been travelling with children I would of made him stop to let me out. I was only to pleased to arrive at the airport in one piece, would not recommend to anyone with with a heart complaint. There was absolutely no reason to drive at that speed as we arrived at the airport well in time to check in (2.5 hours). I could see no reason to drive so unsafely and put lifes at risk.

Fastest ever pick up. Always had to wait with other companies, but the mini bus was there straight away. Friendly staff.
