Outward transfer -had to wait while for a bus - more people queing than bus shelter could accommodate; fortunately wasn't raining. I would have hated to startan 9 hour flight to the States wet through. We used APH in February and it was all under cover - then more people than bus - driver rushed journey -ended up 'shaken rather than stirred; -driver did help load the cases Return journey -Again, more people than shelter available -driver watched whilst people with large cases, including ladies travlling alone, and thoe with children/buggies struggled to get everything on board. Seems likely they are going to change he collection at the airport to one central point which means the onus ill be on the travellers to find it a take their luggage there. APH better run, felt more secure, staff were far more efficient and courteous. Most likely we ll use them the next ime we go in October and beyond - usually 3/4 times per year

On the day I parked the one bus in operation was not big enough to take all the passengers at my stop. I called to find out what was happenening becasue e all had a checking in time that was fast approaching. The company could have provided information to allay fears of not getting to the terminals on time.

This is the tenth time I have used Q-Park Flyaway and I will continue to use this service. It is well priced, transfer to the terminals is good and, if you can accept up to a ten minute wait for a pick upon return, I do not hesitate to recommend it to you.

booking was easy on line, no problem with directions, able to park were we wanted but spaces limited due to large volume of people using the facility. Transfer service was good, didn't have to wait more than 10-15 mins on return form holiday. Would use again

Arriving at Manchester in the early hours, armed with my pre paid internet booking form, I was pointed in the right direction to park. Found my own parking space, no problem, locked up, and got on the Bus and off at Terminal 3. Arrived back a fortnight later, rang for the bus, waited 5 mins, on bus, back to car, and checked with the security guy to be let out of Car Park..... back to Yorkshire, magic lol, thanks a lot.

Generally I felt that this car park was good value for money, however I initially booked this car park as it was advertised on the internet as being fully insured. However upon reading the documentation given to me on arrival, I discovered that parking is at owners risk. Please update information on the internet.

The best bit for me was the helpfulness of the coach driver. The coach was extremely busy and full of very stressed passengers that weren't showing any empathy towards 2 young kids with parents that had "tons" of luggage to take on a ski holiday. The driver was a fantastic help in assisting us off the bus at T2!

I wasn't clear from the instructions given that I should have gone out of the west compound to park down the road at the east compound. I ended up parking in the west compound. As it was the bus driver who took me to T1 was helpful - maybe a simple map? Coming back from T1, it was a bit frustrating to see the bus parked up for a few minutes at stop 2, as I approached with my case, to see him take off. I had a 15min or more wait. Some kind of coloured card to signal the driver to wait?

No complaints at all really. The transport service was exemplary. The staff were courteous. The only negative was that got my shoes filthy walking to/from the car to the bus stop. The car park surface was not the best. Notwithstanding that I will use Q Park again without a doubt.

The car park is situated very close to the airport, it is secure and the transfer service is very prompt. Improvements could be made to the booking in system and the car park surface which is quite messy after rain. This is the second time I have used Qparks and will use them agian.

Whilst this was considerably cheaper than the 'on airport' parking facility, it was much better! The courtesy bus picked us up very quickly and left the poeple waiting for the airport car park bus looking very envious! Your service will definitely my choice next time I travel. Thankyou.

We were handled quickly and efficiently with the minimum of delay. If you have to transfer from the Reception Car Park to the other Car Park on the other side of the road be aware of the 'Arm Barrier' when leaving the Reception Car Park, especially if it is dark, is is not very well lit, I nearly ran into it.

On both occasions that i have used your service the pickup time after arrival home was over long. On the last occasion it took over 25 mins from my call. This, delay, may cause me to look for a better service. The last thing you want when arriving home after a long days travel is a long delay, you would pay money to just get on with your journey.

We will certainly be using Q-Park Flyaway again. It is the most convenient way to get to and fromn the airport for your flights. Just leave home in your own car, picking up your fellow passengers en0route, would cost a fortune in a taxi!! Greeted at Q0Park by friendly staff, park the car and catch the bus!! Voila, excellent service, best used yet, no need to leave the keys, security and peace of mind.

When I arrived at the Car Park there were approx 30 people waiting for a transfer bus. The wait was approx 20 minutes. However, I waited at the Airport for a colleague and when I rang him at 0645 he had just arrived at the Car Park. He finally arrived in the Terminal at 7.35 so it took almost 50 minutes for a transfer that should take no more than 15/20 minutes. Needless to say we missed the flight. I have used Carminder for many years but never again. They had obviously overbooked and cars had parked in the turning circles for the buses and this was causing endless delays.

We have used Q-Park a number of times and have always been impressed by the service we have received. As the car park is virtually on the airport site it means that transfer from car to terminal and back is quick and efficient. No hanging about when you are tired from a return journey. On our last trip the bus was actually at the stop and ready to take us back to our car. We couldn't ask for better service.

Good value for money. Had to wait a long time for the coach for our outbound flight and not long for the inbound flight. So its swings and roundabouts. Depending on your route home near to the motorway. Also you dont have to queue to get your keys so that saves time.

The car park is very close to the terminals, the whole procedure for parking and getting on the bus is very easy, the only bug bite and it is small. is the bus goes to all 3 terminals, picking up and dropping off passengers, but all in all great value for money, I will use this company again.

The booking process on line and the actual booking in on arrival was easy, your staff were extremely helpful. The transfers to and from the airport was just as efficient, I wish I had the name of one driver, he was extremely helpful (29th Dec, 11am ish) He had hurt his hand earlier helping someone with luggage, but still went out of his way to help us. Not a service you see much of these days! I will definately use you again and recommend you to friends.

Generally well satisfied with parking and particularly compliment the coach drivers who were excellent. However on return it was raining and the parking gravel areas contained puddles which you had to be careful to avoid. Would suggest areas br tarmac if poss.
