Apart from minor gripes, I find Carminder satisfactory and will use them again, mainly because they are cheap. However, for overnight stays and especially if I am in a hurry I use the Airport short stay car park.

We were lucky to find a space without too much problem but saw other people struggling to find somewhere close to a bus stop. Huge queue to pick up at Terminal 2 meant people left for the next bus. We won't be using Carminder again or recommending to others.

A short time to wait on return however this was not helped by the cold and rain and us wearing shorts on our return from Gran canaria!

Good value for money. Close to airport. Bus to terminal took slightly longer than 15 minutes to arrive. Bus back from terminal was actually waiting outside! As a woman on my own I felt a little nervous going back to the car from bus stop. One concern was that on the way out of the car park with my car, the barrier was up and nobody checked to see any receipts, ID or anything. The checkpoint was unmanned. I could have been anyone.

This is the 4th time i have used Carminder and I have always found them to be efficient but when returning at night the lighting is bad and it can be difficult to find your car. I did try BCP as an alternative but did not find the transfers quick enough.

Overall, Carminder provides a good value service. Transfers to and from the airport are frequent and pretty reliable. Car parks are heavily used which is reflected by their condition.

The place looked a bit rough and ready, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very efficient. I was unlucky because I was 'first on' and 'last off' in both directions so seemed to spend a long time on the bus. Otherwise the operation has become more slick over the past year or so.

Much improved from last year. Car was parked for us on arrival & keys kept. Will certainly use Manchester Carminder again.

Check in, transfers to airport and pick up very prompt. Helpful staff and value for money. Will use Carminder again.

Next to Manchester Airport and M56. Handy and easy to find. Arrived on time to join a long queue for a bus. Cold, raining and no cover. Staff turned away in a huddle muttering about shift changes as if this were a regular occurrence. Waited a further 25 minutes. Bus rather stupidly had luggage racks at the middle causing mayhem at Terminals with passengers trying to get past each other to get cases and then back with cases to get off. Lucky to find bus waiting on return. Short efficient transfer. Car bonnet had been deeply scratched by staff trying helpfully but badly to remove bird dung. Would think at least twice before using them again. Pity - the location and price were good.

Great. Better than relying on taxi transfers. Cheaper and more convenient. Quick reliable and friendly service. We arrived back in the early hours of the morning but the service was running as regular as during the day.

Many reviews I have read speak of the atrocious car park surface. Yes, its not great, yes, huge puddles form in the main thoroughfares to catch the unwitting bystander, and yes, if you're so lazy as to park on the end of an isle, your car will be filthy when you return, but the staff are great from reception to drivers, no problems with security, transfers quick and easy and I have used Carminder for years with no problems and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money. Tarmac surfaces = higher charges and I would prefer to pay for staff quality rather than worry about not being able to wheel the case 20m from the car to the pick up point. Continue the quality work. Thanks.
