It is really convenient and trouble free. We felt our holiday started from the moment when we stopped our car in the park. We have used this type of parking facilities four times this year, and have introduced two groups of friends. Now, we can use more airports because of the handy car parking.

-Like new reception-drive through. -Sufaces now much improved (from car minder2) -The Courtesey phone is hard & inconvenient to find. Can we use mobile ??? -The park is close but our bus visited 2 other terminals & the other car park first ! -Some of our fellow passengers struggled with their luggage on the bus. However the driver did help my wife ( we were last off).

I have used the company before,I used them again on this occasion because i thought they offered the best deal for the money ,all the staff were very helpful,especially the lady coach driver who give every assistance to anybody requireing it with a smile on her face,i would use them again without doubt

very close to terminals,well lit secure car park pick up bus came 10mins after phone call on return.parking areas identified with large letters.It could be improved by having row numbers as well, but overall v good value for money. Will definitely use again.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Q Park to anybody flying out of Manchester. Booking is simple (as it should be!); the prices are reasonable and competitive and the service and facilities, including regular and quick transfers are as much as one could expect.

This was my first booking; directions were simple both to get to car- park and also where to park etc.Dropping my wife with suitcases at the drop-off bus stop while I walked to collect the car (2mins away)got round the difficulty of the gravellrd surface.We have booked to use same carpark in 2 weeks time.

Easy and very close to the airport. Finding the car on return a bit dodgy it was dark and the car park surface has pot holes and is not easy to navigate with a suitcase. However good value for monet transfers great and picked me up after the flight very quickly. I would use them again

Very good service overall, only slightly marred by two things. Firstly the heavily stoned walkways make pulling your wheeled case impossible so if you had a big heavy case you may want to leave them next to the road if safe to do so. Secondly, the bus driver that modelled his driving technique on Colin McRae.

Although we live close to the airport, this facility was cheaper than taxi's, and less hassle than asking friends to ferry us. We would certainly use it again. we used it in dry weather, and were parked close to the tarmac road, so had no problems with the surface.

I was happy with everything up to the pick-up it wasn't explained what to do when arriving back also the fact that there is more than one q park picking up from the same pick-up point and no system in place to ensure you are on the right coach hense we weren't

We found this car park very easy to use the only downside was it was very early in the morning and the guy that was operating the barrier was also the guy that was the 'receptionist' so there was a bit of a queue. Other than that it was great. Well worth the money.

I'm very impressed with the service and will definately use again. The staff are so brilliant, and friendly. You start/end your journey in happiness and peace of mind. The only minor point is the parking surface could be better for rolling your cases on.

Check in at the car park on the left hand side of the main road, following which I had to use the one way system in the car park to exit to get the other car park situated approx 200 yards away on the other side of the road-otherwise excellent service

we arrived dinner time on a saturday reception were expecting us.no queingparked straight up a security man advised us where to park,we locked the car took the keys with us,a coach came within 5 mins,transfer back was just as speedy would use again and recommend

minibus was waiting to take us to the airport, had to wait about 15-20 mins coming from the airport. car park staff were helpful,but the car park itself could do with surfacing in tarmac, as it becomes difficult to pull two heavy cases over pot holes and uneven surfaces!

Upon my return to manchester and my exit from the terminal & travel back to the car park, i found this confusing as there were no clear notices to indicate the correct bus stop, consequently,as a result i missed the first bus back to the airport which resulted in a further 20 min wait. overall i found the parking and pick up to be very good, and have already reserved a further space at this carpark for next week.

Parking staff & coach drivers helpful & cordial. Easy to use and self-park. One has to report to West parking even though you might be sent to East park, but no big deal since it's only across the road. Parking is very close to airport and being something like a mile off you'd expect transfers to the airport to take 15-20 minutes max (even less really). This was the case for transfer to the airport but not for transfer back which took 45mins from the time I used the courtesy phone to ask for pick-up from T1.

Lovely friendly staff on the morning we arrived, coach arrived at the bus stop to take us to the airport almost immediately but others were already waiting. Had to wait around 15 mins for coach on return and driver was rather grumpy. Make sure you note down the carpark and section you parked in. Sounds obvious I know, but makes life easier on return. I saved our location as a text on my mobile. Made life very easy - and no arguments about where you parked the car!! Careful if you are wearing open toe shoes! All in all, very happy with service, would use again. Happy holidays!!

Very efficient staff, tremendously convenient location. Easy parking, well signed all through. The kind of parking that lets you think about other things. Well done Q-Park Flyaway.

Surface of car park was dotted with pot holes, one of which was that deep that my car actually ground out and scraped the front bumper, definately not designed for anything other than 4x4 vehicles.
