We had to wait at least half an hour for a bus to take us to the airport and also the same on our return. Two buses for Manchester Premier Parking passed us whilst waiting for one bus for Carminder. Won't be using them again.

Good location - very near to the airport. Quick transfers both ways. Our car was a long way from the drop off bus stop on the car parking site, but the staff there gave us a lift over to it in their mini bus, so that was really good.

Easy to get to and find. Parking surface poor - put on your wellies when bad weather is around!!

I have used various different parking services at Manchester and am afraid this is the only one I would not use again. You arrive at the car park only to have to then go to another one to park your car. You have to park your car and then walk back to find a bus. On the return journey I called as I was told to and was told the bus would be 5 mins, it arrived 40 minutes later. Not the best, I am afraid - try one of the others. (Just used APH Manchester and they were excellent).

Customer Service could see car from window and were expecting us therefore greeting in office to check in was personal, as in "Hello, Mrs Ferguson" All paperwork was ready to take away. Since low season had to drive back round the corner to overspill car park, which was being used instead of main car park (the very muddy one - but it had been snowing). Only waited a couple of minutes for bus to arrive and transfer approx 10 mins, as also needed to drop off at the other 2 terminals. Good that no pick-ups were made en route. Have used Carminder before and would use again.

Add time onto travelling in case you just miss a coach transfer. Parking spaces can be tight.

Overall pleased with the service provided and will use again. Pick ups were in time and telephone service on arrival was accurate and precise. Only negative I could come up with is the state of the car park - pot holes and stones. Had to lift my heavy case quite a way as was unable to use the wheels.

We have used Carminder any many occasions with no problems at all in the past, transfers normally being very eficient. But on this occasion we had to wait after parking up in the east park 20 minutes before transfer stood out in the very cold conditions. On return again a further wait of 25 minutes stood out in the cold at Terminal 1.

I found staff to be helpful and courteous on the phone and in person. Only down side was the surface of the car park. This could cause some serious damage, especially at night. Other than that it is very close to the airport and therefore just a short ride. The driver was helpful with the luggage.

I always use Carminder due to its close location to airport and the very quick transfers to and from terminals.

The Carpark was in a terrible condition with deep pot holes and MUD everywhere. On retrieval the car was covered with mud both inside and out (the latter from mud on shoes walking back to collect car).

The price was good. The staff were quick and efficient and the transfers to the airport and back again were fast, with very little waiting. However, the surface of the car park is unpaved and is in a terrible condition with dozens of huge potholes full of water, many at least a foot deep, which could potentially cause damage to cars' suspensions. It was also very, very muddy which meant my shoes, trouser legs and my car got extremely dirty. In fact, someone commented that it looked as though I had been off-roading in my car. Also, many of the signs indicating the various parking area letters within the car park had fallen off their posts and were either lying on the ground or missing completely, which made it difficult to locate the designated parking spot on arrival and to find the car on my return. This was especially difficult as it was dark when I parked the car and again when I collected it. There were thousands of cars parked there so I think that the owners could well afford to pave the parking area. Although Carminder 2 is convenient and cheap, I will think twice about using it again because of the disgusting condition of the surface.

Good service. Prompt pick up from airport. Easy to book. Value for money. Could be improved if parking area was resurfaced.

Cheap and cheerful, will use again if only because of good access to and from motorway.

From the transfers to the staff de-icing my car. Great!

Car park surface diabolical, needed 4 wheel drive. Transfer took 47 mins from arriving at car park to entering terminal, and had to wait over 20 mins to be picked up on return. This was at off-peak time. Goodness knows what it would be like when busy. Will NEVER use service again. Prefer to pay more for long stay car park. Everyone else waiting with me was complaining.

On our departure, a young lad was going to be late for his plane and the bus was hanging on for a family to get car sorted, bags etc. so the driver got a man to personally drop him in his own vehicle - excellent customer service. I will use Carminder every holiday. Thanks.

I have used this service several times over the past year and have always been most pleased. However, not on this occasion. On arrival at the stated car park, I was asked to drive to another. On arrival, I had to unload the car at a bus stop near the entrance, then drive my car to a parking space, which was a considerable distance from the bus stop. In the pouring rain, I had to negotiate my return to the bus stop through a very wet, muddy, dark and cratered car park. This was totally unsatisfactory. In the past, the transfer bus has driven around a perimeter road collecting passengers on the way. On my return to Manchester Airport, I waited at the pick up point that I have used in the past, the last time being October 2005. I was most annoyed when the transfer bus went straight past even though I clearly had my hand out signalling my request for it to stop. I was most upset as it was now 1.45am. I waited a further 15 minutes and then went into the terminal to search out a 'blue' contact telephone. I eventually found a telephone that was operating, on my third attempt. I explained that the bus had driven right past and was told if we did not contact using the blue telephone that the driver would not know we had arrived - despite me indicating that I required the bus to stop! I was told that another bus would arrive in 5 minutes. I went back to the bus stop and the bus duly arrived, yet again it drove straight past. I was upset and enraged. Luckily, another transfer service bus was at the pick-up point and the driver saw I was upset. He told me that the Carminder bus no longer stopped at that pick-up point and directed me to the correct place. He also, very kindly, stopped his bus as he went past the Carminder bus and told the driver he had passengers to be collected. I asked the Carminder bus driver how long the transfer buses had been stopping at the particular place. He was most uncooperative, and unfortunately I became very upset and annoyed at his uncooperative attitude. He told me that I had been informed where to go. Clearly, I would not purposely go to a pick-up point knowing the bus would not stop. This incident spoilt the end of our holiday. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my concerns and I do hope that others will not have a similar experience. It would be sensible to let customers know if there are changes such as these and furthermore, ensure that the 'blue' telephones are operating rather than have customers searching all over the airport in order to make contact with Carminder staff.

Great car park, very close to terminal 2 with transfers taking only 2 minutes. Coaches were waiting to transport us on both outbound/inbound flights, so there was no standing in the cold. Highly recommended.

While the staff were pleasant, the car park was not. The lighting was poor. There was no shelter and it was freezing & wet. The car was parked so close to a post and other car it was very difficult to access the car on return. We had to wait almost 30 mins for the bus to collect us on return. We will not be using them again.
