Dropping off at station involves a long walk to the terminals. Lots of confusion when an Airparks bus eventually arrives as only the driver knows which car park he is operating to - there is nothing on the bus to indicate this. Seem to have numerous security people but few drivers - so have to wait a lot longer than the stipulated 15 mins - would be far quicker to walk!! Seem to have other buses but not in service so leaving tired passengers waiting.

The change of name is very confusing, we booked in under one name, the sign posts had another name and the buses had yet a third name;this needs to be sorted promptly. The surface of the car park (East) was all pot-holed and full of puddles.We were transferred to an over-flow car-park and it was as well we had arrived in plenty of time (warning should be given of this).

I had to walk on gravel and yellow dust avoiding pot holes full of rain water it would be impossible with luggage. One menber of staff when we made enquiry was rude. There seems to be confusion about the busses. We tried to bored a bus marked Airparks but were told we needed Airpark Gold we waited in the freezing cold waiting for a bus marked Airparks gold - we got fed up and approached another Airparks marked bus and were told it was the right bus. I have used this car park held under various names for years, unfortunately I have a booking in May but after that I shan't use it again.

considering how close it is from the airport we would have been quicker walking due to the length of time we had to wait for the bus. Also the bus stops are not exactly close to your car & the surface is appaling

It took us an hour from collecting our bags to getting to our car. The pick up point is too far away and we had to wait about 15 mins for a bus to collect us.

Everything went fine but you need to remind users to have their ticket handy when being picked up as well as provide details on the ticket as to where your car is parked (Gold Silver etc)

We were dropped at the Station rather than each terminal and so had a long walk (with some walkways not working) On our return we waited 10 mins or more to get through on the phone, as instructed, for a pickup at the terminal, only to be told to walk all the way to the Station again and wait another 10 mins for a bus.

Very friendly and helpful staff, drop your bags off at the bus stop though as if you park your car first you may find your cases very dirty as you transport them from your car to the bus stop!

The carpark is very secure and close to the airport.Prices are very reasonable.The 40 minute wait at the bus stop was very bad since it was cold and the bus shelter was full.We were told the buses ran every 10 minutes.On our return to the airport we still had a 20 minute wait.

I booked on line. On arrival my car reg. was identified before I came along side the entry booth, . My ticket for entry and exit was ready to hand. an excellent service. On return we used the courtesy phone, and when we walked to the bus station it was waiting for us.

This has to be the cheapest, fastest, easiest airport car park I have used. On both outbound and inbound journeys the bus came in minutes, and its only a couple of minutes to/from the terminal. I liked being able to park my own car and jump on the bus, and just drive straight out to leave, with no messing about.

When I returned from holiday had a flat battery, member of staff saw was very helpful. They fetched their own car to give me a jump start and I was up and running again in less than 10 mins.

Upon arrival at the car park we waited about an hour to park even though we had pre-booked. Lots of staff standing around - only one allocating spaces at the portacabin (he was also answering the phone which delayed things even further). Unfortunately for my family and I the shambles did not end there. Upon returning from holiday the East Car Park staff could not find the keys to my car. First they told me it must have been moved to the other car park. They rang the other car park we waited but without response. After about half an hour I went to the place I had parked the car to find it was actually there and it had not been moved. Once I informed the staff of this they started to look again around the cabin like what I can only describe as headless chickens - it was quite apparent they didnt have a clue. Evenually one of them lifted up the television in the Cabin (that had been blurring out quite adult language in the presence of my 10 year old son) to find my keys underneath it. I then went to my car to find that the key fob was not working as the battery had expired. I could not open my car. I can only summise that the pressure of the tv on the key ran down the battery over the course of the week. I managed to get my car open without the alarm and immobiliser kicking in but this was about an hour after I had arrived at the car park. I left at about 2 am in the moring very tired and frustrated by my experience and the appauling level of service offered by the company. Needless to say I very much doubt I will be using the car park again.

The booking in was fast and simple.The staff were courteous,helpful and cheerful.The parking space was easy to find,I dropped in lucky and got one right next to the bus stop,the transfer was without incident and the driver was very helpful.On return there was a certain amount of confusion with other customers over which bus to get on,as they were all carrying Airparks identities.Now I know the system I will be happy to use Airparks Gold again.

after finding the car park reception we exited that car park only to find that our exit ticket did not return to us - but fortunately the officer on the correct car park did let us out on our return

I was very disappointed with the service and wasn't very happy that the car park was particularly well guarded. On our return it was very evident car owners had been left to park wherever they wanted, so there was double parking and blocking in. I only just managed to squeeze out from my parked space in the early hours which was most unwelcoming. The lack of visible staff was very concerning, if I hadn't been able to get out, i couldn't see who I would contact to resolve it. It looked overbooked, and very understaffed. you might be closest, but I have reservations about using you again!

To terminal experience was fine, return was dire: Courtesy phone constantly engaged; Coach arrived after 45 mins, was the wrong one (wasn't going to our area). Staff on correct coach were surly and unhelpful. We were dropped off in zone A, but car was in zone H, so long walk in rain with 3 suitcases. We would neither recommend nor use this service again.

I was slightly apprehensive about booking a long stay, but I did not need to worry. Carpark was easy to find and customer service was excellent. I would definitely use this company again on my next holiday.

I booked Q-Park as a result of the service I received previously from Carminder. Everything went well from the on-line booking through to the car drop off and transfer. Sadly Q-Park let themselves down badly by leaving my family and numerous others waiting outside Manchester airport for 1 hour in the cold. This was after a good number of telephone requests from the crowd of people waiting. This was disappointing. The bus only takes 5 minutes to get there!

WHy dont you advice people when the next bus is due to they can sit in the car 5 or 10 mins rather than stand in the cold, or ruch to make sure they get the bis if its due in just a few mins. Being dropped of at the bus terminal is crazy and seem to confuse most holiday makers (who dont use the airport so much). Surely your industry is all about tranporting passengers as quickly and easily as possible. So, why ask "customers" to walk so far when a simple bus journey is more passenger friendly. I dont buy the Airports congestion issue....I have never seen any traffic jams nor excessive traffic around Mancheter airport.
