found car park easily enough no problem with barrier reading number plate walking distance to terminal very convenient for coming home

It only took a couple of mins to walk to the airport.it was perfect just what I wanted

from booking the car parking to actually leaving a few days later,the whole procedure went without any problems whatsoever..would highly recommend using your site for future bookings...

Access & parking are fine. On return the exit barrier was not opening when customers inserted their tickets. Several cars were delayed for more than 5 minutes each. Customers pressed the "Help" button on ticket machine. We found the guy who responded to request for "Help" to be quite hostile, officious, forceful. He seemed more concerned with blaming the customers for "not using the ticket machine properly" than actually listening to what customers had to say. Unpleasant experience.

we were pleased the carpark was just a 5minute walk from liverpool airport, no waiting for the transfer bus.

THis was good value - well organised - the "camera recognition" of the car meant that I needed no interation with staff - all automatic and ver simple.

We found it easy to find and felt it was a safe place to leave our car for a few days due to the number plate scanner system you have. Will recommend it to friends & family.

Fully automated, efficient parking. Do put your ticket safe and readily available for the pick up of your vehicle.

The long stay carpark at Liverpool seemed quite secure and was close to the terminalm within easy walking distance. Easy and transparent booking via gosimply.com, and I would use them again.

Number plate reconition worked perfect. Plenty of parking spaces. I only live 11 miles away, but it was cheaper to park here than get a taxi. Excellent value for money. Have used this car park in the past and will use it again in the future.

because i had booked the parking online i was a bit concerned that this had not been recognised on the ticket i recieved from the machine. This was easily explained to me by parking staff, very good experience and would use again

On the way back - reg number was recognised and the barrier was automatically open! Didn't expect :) Highly recommended!

Even though return flight was delayed by an hour, no problems on leaving car park. Very easy to use, both entering & leaving.

The vehicle reg recognition did not work so I took a ticket from the machine. On departure I had no problem with the ticket being validated by the attendant but if I hadnt took my paperwork with me I could have come unstuck either knowing what to do or proving my booking. I advise take the confirmation and instructions with you

the car registration recognition system does not work we had to ring the office because when we put the ticket in at the barrier it said we owed £85 but we had payed when we booked the week before . this also happened to our daughter earlier in the year

Obviously a very popular service as it was very busy but we soon found a spot very close to departures and went off on our holiday in complete confidence. On our return it couldn't be simpler, authorised the ticket on our way back to the car park and barrier and registration recognition worked like a dream. Would recommend this service to anyone

The number recognition system on entry is so simple and it was easy to park near the terminal building. This was especially important as we were females arriving back late at night. I will definitely pre book again as it was so much cheaper than just turning up to park.I have even recommended it to friends who use Liverpool regularly and will check again when I go from other airports

it was in walking distance to airport which helps when it is dark and cold and you have to carry your suitcase.

As we had a disabled badge we were able to park in a disabled bay - these are closer to the terminal than the others - but even main car park not too far away, easy walking distance. We were delayed by 12 hrs but as we landed on the same day there was no extra charge - great! At most airports we book meet and greet but this oroved to be just as easy.
