I found it easy to book on line...I was fairly near the terminal and found a parking space easily.The barrier raised automatically as promised,both on entry and leaving.The price was reasonable and I will use the service again in a few months.

I would highly recommend this car-park. It was convenient, easy to find, easy to use and everything went smoothly. Number plate recognition worked well, and although the barrier on the way out didn't go up automatically, there was no problem, as the man I spoke to wwhen I pressed the call button was friendly, helpful, and, impressively, knew my name!

I arrived and found the place very easy .. it is very close to the airport door so you can just walk to it, the automatice number plate recognition works very well, basicly you just arrive at the gate and it will automaticly recognises your car number plate .. I recomend it for everyone ... only down side is it is a little bit more expensive than the rest of the parking available but giving the place it is worth it.

Great location close to the terminal of liverpool airport, ideal facilities and great value money. As a result of the car parking I will look at undertaking more departures from Liverpool compared to other aiports. Well done Liverpool!

gosimply was a great website--very easy to use and informative. Thank you. But the Long Stay system has much to be desired. First, there are all sorts of warnings ahead of time to tell you to make sure you park in the correct zone. However, there is nothing to show for sure whether one is in the correct Long Term zone. There is in fact a sign saying that to the left is the Mid Stay zone, but then it looks as if the Mid Stay zone actually starts after the first half of that section. But there is nothing to tell you that you are in fact still in the Long Stay parking. So I had to park and get out and go ask the attendant if that zone was in fact still Long Stay. (It was.) Then on leaving, the ticket says that one simply has to insert the ticket at the barrier to get out. But when you get there, the machine asks you for extra money. I had to call the attendant (who you can hardly hear over the intercom), and then he needed my confirmation number, not just my car registration. (This was happening to other people as well, not just me.) That made the exit much more stressful than it needed to be. Why isn't the exiting as automatic as the entry? If the machine can recognize my car registration as I enter, why can't it do so as I leave? It was nice having my car right there when I got back. But next time I'll consider parking elsewhere.

best value on airport parking we could find, although if you have heavy luggage its a bit of a walk to the terminal.

On arrival it was only a five minute walk from the car to the Terminal. On return we were back to the car within 20 minutes of touchdown!Excellent.

I had no trouble using the website connected with this carpark service. Only slight hitch, had to go to car park building opposite airport terminal to have ticket validated even though it was prepaid. Other than that would still use again and recommend to others.

I can not comment on the staff as I never saw any, either when we parked before we left or when we piced the car up. However the car appeared safe and secure. Close to the terminal. Did the job. Would use again.

Was a bit concerned with reviews about the number plate system not working. Nothing to worry about. I drove in 1 hour early and parked opposite the arrivals door and left on time 2 weeks later and simply drove out. I fly from Liverpool instead of Manchester, even though I live in Manchester, as the flights are cheaper and the parking is so good. This parking was the best I have had anywhere to date. I will certainly come back.

Car park is situated very close to terminal, easy access from city centre and motorway.

located right by the airport no need to worry about transfers and you get to keep your keys! very secure and great customer service as my number plate wasn't recognised but this was no problem. The car park had been gritted too even with such bad weather. would definalty be booking agai.

Excellent location to the terminal, even if your at the back of the car park your no more the 5 mins walk even in the snow.

Whilst trying to leave car park - message came up to say that we owed £62.00. After contacting one of staff, we confirmed our reference number and was able to leave car park without further payment. Apparently, we took a ticket on our entry into the car park, which should not have been possible because it was by registration number identity. All worked out ok in the end though.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Booked car parking online. Very clear explanation as to process which turned out to be exactly as described. Would definitely use again. Very straightforward, easy and excellent value.

Automated car reg plate reading facility didn't work properly upon arrival but apart from that good value for money plus it's 2 minutes walk from the terminal

on arrival into the car park the gate did not open as informed .press to get the ticket manually as the car was not recognised by the camera as informed.it was quiet along way to he airport on a wet cold day.the road was very slippery due to ice and snow.no grit on road.failed the health and safetly rules.future compor by no win ,on fee law suit.apart fro this it was great for me.will use it once again for short stayif the price do no goes up north, due to greed.
