We arrived at the agreed time waited only a couple of minutes for a transfer bus, unfortunatley there were no toilet facilities in the parking area and after a long drive that would have been a huge help. Never the less we were in the terminal in under 15 minutes. Great stuff.

I was very happy with the service provided. I made an error in my original booking and entered the wrong return date, this was not a problem as on my return I went to reception and the man I dealth with was very helpful. We would use again and have already recommended it to my friend.

I always park in Business Carpark ( used to be Pink Elephant ) because it has number plate recognition system on entry and exit and its so close to the airport. My car is safe because of the gates, cctv and always manned. The transfers are quick, the longest I ever waited was five minutes and the drivers are always polite and helpful. Its worth paying extra because one gets far less hassle to and from the carpark.

Overall an excellent experience. Pre-booking was a doddle and arrived shortly after stated arrival time and left shortly before stated time of leaving (not sure what the process would have been in we'd arrived earlier or left later though).

Directions to Business parking could be clearer - how about a map in the email? On arrival was not clear whether my booking had been matched - no reference no on ticket. On leaving it was not clear where to go or why.

My wife and I were a little apprehensive about finding the car park (at 5:00 am )but the directions supplied on the website worked well. We parked very easily and a bus arrived within a few minites to take us to Terminal 2. We were there in less than 5 minutes and the bus stop was right next to the Terminal doors - perfect! On our way home the bus again arrived within a couple of minutes and the trip back to the car park was completed quite quickly. All in all we were impressed with the service. It did cost a little more than other parking offers but we concluded that it was worth the extra for the professional and secure service - well done. Highly recommended.

I have used this car park before. Prebooking is simple. The coaches are prompt and frequent and the location means that it is just a short ride to the terminals. Ideal for business travellers like myself.

The automatic system failed at the exit where the machine at the exit barrier demanded payment against a pre-paid ticket. The operator at the kiosk was able to resolve this manually.

I think the contrast between the shuttle service in LAX and Heathrow was stark. In LA the driver welcomed us onto the bus, asked which airline / terminal we were using, and helped us with our bags. At Heathrow the driver stopped about 20 yards from the bus stop, didn't communicate at all and certainly had no intention of being at all helpful. The bus driver at LA got a tip off everyone getting on or off (about 6-7 people each trip) multiplied by how ever many trips they make a day - it's got to be worth considering being a bit more service oriented.

Did not recognise number plate on entry - had to use phone alte - staff not helpful - problems when returned to car at barrier said owed money when had paid two days before with credit card

Is is possible to run coaches back from each terminal direct to the car park? It might mean the frequenct drops, but the overall return time might be quicker? (we missed the immediate coach that arrived to collect us from T2 as my colleague hadn't got through baggage control as quickly as me). in total, it took an hour from landing to get back to the car!

Thought wrongly that your carpark would suit me best as near airport,could park my own car, your reviews were very good and transfers that run every 5 minutes.I was travelling by car on my own and knew I would return fairly late so I would prefer not to be waiting too long.Wrong!There were no directions to bus stop 7 or certainly none I could see having double checked,and none that the other 2 girls I eventually met at the bus stop had seen either.I walked all around the other stops 1-6 and 8-15 I believe looking for someone I could ask and eventually came across 2 men with badges who although very friendly did not know but suggested I go back all the way to BA desk but thought it would probably be closed by now as it was approaching 11 pm.They said I would see the bus when it came in but thankfully said there was a stop 'around the corner'.Indeed there was but the only directions were to a 'smoking area' Had I waited for the bus to arrive I would have been waving it goodbye as it passed!Used the phone at the stop and was told a bus would be along in 7 or 8 minutes so much for the 5 quoted.One of the girls who had arrived at the same time as me was going to go to the ladies room when a bus arrived within moments of the phone call.I think I spent 20 minutes looking for the stop at terminal 2 and the girls may have spent longer as they arrived from the other direction.Yours is not the cheapest carpark and I am very disappointed

Very good. We found it difficult to find the return stopping place - but that was probably due to Terminal 1 being refurbished and not paying attention

Horrendous traffic jam on M4 at Heathrow meant we were running two hours late and stressed! Found Pink elephant carparking efficient, straight into carpark space, and transfer bus came along within five mins and direct to terminal one, giving us time to relax. When we arrived back in the UK at 7am found bus stop no problem and bus again came along in five mins. Would definitely use this carparking and company again, and very easy to book over internet compared to some others. Had read other peoples reviews which swayed me toward pink elephant, would agree that the sign into the carpark needs to be made larger, but as I was aware of this I was looking out for it. All in all, a very efficient service.

Waited for the pre paid automatic ticket after cameras reading my number plate but it never showed so pressed the green button. There was no problem going through the prepaid section when leaving only the queue was long for this service. Othewise I will use you again as I have done frequently in the past.

In the directions both myself and a colleague turned left too soon before the tunnel towards the A4 - maybe you could make the instructions clearer by saying not to make this mistake.

I was extremely pushed for time and that's why i paid the premium price for on, versus off airport parking. However, the service was very good, quick pick up times at both arrival and departure and easy check out from the car park.

Overall a seamless service. Be prepared to for slightly longer transfers as the bus goes to each terminal in turn (that was certainly the case if your flying/arriving in terminal 1/2/3) - logic denotes that if your flying from 3 your last dropped of but have no pickups after yours and vic versa.

Overall it was a quick and painless service. Buses were clean and easy to use and the service was straightforward and simple which was handy seeing as we were travelling at late time/early times.
