Everything worked like clockwork. The number recognition worked, easy to find a space and only a 5 minute wait for a bus. Coming back the bus stop was easy to find and we only waited 2 minutes for a bus. Buses were clean and both drivers freindly and helpful. We will definately use this again when we fly in March.

Excellent service. Reg recognition makes booking in quick and easy. Regular bus service to and from terminals means no long waits.Will use again.

Parking surface was well maintained and the bus drivers very helpful and friendly.

Even at 5am we were out of the car and into the terminal in 10 mins, can't recommend Business Parking enough.

I use the car park usually 1-2 times per month and have always had the same level and reliability of service.

A very good car parking solution for the airport. However make sure to review the directions as it is easy to get lost on the final approach.

The only drawback was that our ticket did not let us out and we had to use the exit by the office so that our ticket could be screened by the main computer.

We were unable to locate a parking space in the designated parking zone. Fortunately we were not pushed for time so this was not a major problem but it was frustrating. We decided to find another zone which we selected ourselves and found space in Zone J as opposed to designated Zone H.Staff should ensure there is sufficient parking space in designated zone as time could be at a premium.

Efficient transfer, easy system. This is the quickest way to return home after long flight.

Would definitely re-use. The product and service most definitely worked in our experience, and the parking spaces felt more generous and secure, and on a better surface, than many I can think of, elsewhere.

Good value for money considering it was Heathrow. Signs to find parking were good. Transfer easy. No problems with any aspect of my stay, and would use again.

Excellent experience with the only hiccup being no number plate recognition so had to use the intercom and take a ticket (no real hardship though).

The signage was clear and easy to find , and the toll system in and out was simple , which is what you need after a flight and you just want to get home

I was pleased with the clear instructions, the closeness to the terminals and the quick and efficient bus service. The last things you need when travelling are inconvenience, uncertainty or stress. My parking experience was convenient and stress free. I would recommend Business Parking Terminals 1 - 3 to any traveller.

very nice, the bus arrived quickly, no problem locating the car or the bus stop. the directions given on the invoice made it more complicated than it really is. the navigator did a better job. overall still very good

I thought there may be a problem with automatic recognition of my vehicle numberplate and ticket issue (as has happened elsewhere)but the whole thing, from online booking to exiting the car park at the end of my trip, worked fine.

Seldom have any problems, other than perhaps waiting a liitle long at terminal on return for coach. This however is very dependant on arrival time.

I had prepaid for my visit. On attempting to exit, the machine did not recognise my pre-booking and asked me to pay 3x the amount. I had to then reverse out of the exit route and drive to the kiosk and explain the situation to them to let me out . No problems with this, sorted immediately but if you have an online system - make it work!

Paid in advance which was saved a good deal, arrived at Heathrow at 6am and transfer promt and fast. Picked up car a day later han arranged tho which meant I had to pay an additonal £21 :( Overall impressio was good tho and I would use this service again.

Only slight issue I had was on departure where the barrier did not recognise my number plate, no issue as very helpful at reception who allowed departure quickly and efficiently.
