DO NOT USE - Drive Fly Meet & Greet left me stranded at T5 before my flight. I booked online, Drive Fly took my money and I called them on the day of departure (18th June 2013) to confirm the booking. However, as I pulled into T5 for drop-off, I called again to ask where their driver was ... and was told they did not have my booking, and that no-one was due to meet me. This is despite me speaking to one of their operatives that very same morning! I was left stranded, and so had to park my vehicle in the short stay car park. Thankfully I was travelling back into LHR that same evening, so the cost was less than it would have been had it been this week when I am due to be away three days. Since the episode, I have heard nothing from Drive Fly - no phone call, no correspondence and not even an apology. I used to use DF frequently, but switched to another supplier as I was waiting longer for car collection. This time I thought I would give them one more try - how wrong I was.

The staff were helpful and found us despite us being in the wrong drop-off car park! We would have found clearer drop-off instructions useful. Pick-up afterwards was very efficient.

This was the first time I have ever used a service like this and I was very happy with the service I was given. The staff called me when I was approximately 30 mins away to confirm I was still on time. As a lone driver I made an error when I arrived at the airport and one phone call and a member of staff arrived to collect my car. Hint: when you get to the ramp make sure you go up and not down like me and end up on the wrong floor of the short stay car park. Arriving back I called when I had collected my bag and I had about a 10 minutes wait but the staff did tell me that when I called. I can't recommend this service highly enough. Travelling on my own I did not want to arrive in a car park in the middle of the night and have to wait for a transfer bus. This gave me peace of mind that I would be in a safe environment. Will definitely be using this service again next time I fly.

The 'meet' was fine - on time and easy to find. The 'greet' was not so good. Instead of the car being delivered to the same drop-off zone, we had to walk a fair distance to the Short Stay Car Park of Terminal 1 and then had to wheel our luggage to Zone D. This was after a few mobile phone calls. It was not made clear on the instructions that when you exit the Arrival hall you do not cross the road directly to the Short Stay Car Park - you have to go down a level!

We booked through the website the night before and received an immediate confirmation, so we're surprised when the driver did not call us before arrival as agreed, or meet us at the drop off point. When we called they said that it can take 24 hours to register the booking through the website, so they had not had it come through yet, despite me having an email confirmation. They did send someone promptly after that. On pick up, they recommend calling after you pick up your bags, but it takes about 15 minutes for them to arrive and only about 2- 3 minutes to get outside, so you have to wait around in the parking area. I would recommend calling just as you get through customs to avoid a wait. Our car was delivered in order, but it was very dirty on the outside, and on the way home we suffered a puncture on a brand new tyre. This may have been pure coincidence, but it did make me wonder... Overall, not a bad service, but perhaps not as convenient as it could be.

Our only slight problem was the instructions given for returning to UK to pick up car. Please make it clear that on clearing Arrivals you need to get the lift UP a level to Departures to exit the airport and find you car. Otherwise brilliant, many thanks. The driver was lovely, very cheerful and helpful.

Great service - phoned exactly when they said they would, gave very clear instructions for both drop-off and pick up and didn't keep us waiting at all. Zero hassle! Very professional staff - and I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends!

Best experience ever , car is dropped right outside the terminal. No messing around getting on shuttle buses to take you the airport. Will always use this service now I've found it , it is fuss free with no messing round. Worth every penny

Booked this at the last minute as it was cheaper than on airport prices. They were prompt in picking the car up, and we only had to wait a few minutes for the car when we arrived back. A hassle free service that I would definitely use again.

This is the second time i have used them and there seems to be a glitch in the software where they do not know which terminal to go to. As a result, they tried to call when I was driving along the motorway so could not speak to them . It has then taken them 15-20 minutes to get there, not a big issue for me but would be if I had tight timing.Otherwise OK

The driver was a few minutes late when we dropped off at Heathrow but not a problem. The car had a coating of gritty dirt on it when it came back which made me wonder where it was parked for 5 days. Much nice experience, easier and more cost effective than parking in the airport carparks
