The whole thing worked perfectly, driver was waiting when we got there, 10 minute wait when we got back. We were on the road on the way home 35 mins after we landed. Exellent service will use it again, and recommend it to others. Many thanks R Fleming

There waiting on arrival, couldn't have been better. On return, had to wait 15 mins, fortunately it had stopped raining! Didn't return car to where we were told, but not too busy, so no problem.

I have found that if you book well in advance, you can get meet and greet parking for a comparable price to standard parking. It's quick, convenient, reliable and the drivers are very helpful and friendly. The added plus for me is that I can book using my company AMEX. Not all parking providers accept American Express and this means I have to use my own card for business, so I always choose Drive Fly! In addition sometimes they will do a valet on my car whilst I am away for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

Super and punctual service at a fantastic price! The meet and greet was excellent as we have 3 children and didn't want the hassle of getting on transfer buses.Would definately use again and recommend.

My only problem was that the instructions for where to leave the car at terminal 5 were a bit confusing

We were very happy with the service provided and ,given that it only cost a little more thanpark/bus option,it was really good value for money

Got a little confused when dropping car off but were cordial at all times. Pickup was fantastic with person waiting for me as I figured out where to go! Made my travelling to and from the airport a lot more easier and stress free. Recommended.

Second time I've used the service and I'm still very happy. Very courteous drivers and straightforward handovers. On the downside, three separate confirmation emails are confusing and call 30 minutes before arrival has failed to materialise on both occassions. I will use again though - this is an excellent, hassle reducing start and finish to a holiday.

I did use airport parking many times and this was my first time to do "Meet and Greet". It was good experience. Drive Fly Meet and Greet was very good in communicating and the time to pickup and return the car or arrival. I will definitely us the service again. It was definitely faster and easier than park and take shuttle to airport. Thanks a lot for this this excellent experience.

The chauffer spotted us as soon as we arrived at Heathrow, helped with the bags and left us to get on with our holiday. On return the airport was extremely busy, with bad congestion to the airport. Despite that we only had a 10 minute wait, which was not a problem. The car was delivered curtiously despite teh prevailing chaos at the terminal and we were helped with our bags.

This is the perfect answer to parking at the airport. As we were running late we were slightly worried that the changeover would be a bit time consuming (paperwork, checks etc)however, we drove straight to the designated place, the guy was there stood waiting and waved us into the parking spot, in the time it took to get cases out of boot and my wife do up her coat and check she had not left anything in the car (suprisingly quick on this occassion)! we were done and heading straight into the terminal, the guy was friendly and courtious. On our return, we called when we landed and again he was there waiting. A perfect experience and we would thoroughly recommend to all our friends and family. and considering the cost of this service - why would you want to go to a car park, wait for the courtesy bus etc etc??? for the same or moreoften more money?

About 20 mins delay on return due, we were told, to congestion in the approach tunnel to LHR.

Directions were good, location to departure lounge perfect, all in all a good service.

Easy to book, clear instructions on delivery and collection, with friendly and curteous staff. I will definitely use this service again next time I need to drive to Heathrow!

Had to wait a short while on our return, but it was cheap and their car park is obviously nearer than some others we've used so we would probably use again.

Was told to go to car park level 4 on terminal to be met by driver and car when we dropped car off but the person who answered the phone when we had our baggage told us to go wait outside the terminal on ground floor level -luckily we ignored this and went to level 4 so all was well.

Having used many other Meet and Greet services and companies we found their service to be as good if not better than most but at a much better price. Highly Recommended.

We used this service for the first time as travelling with a baby involves lots of bags. Driver waited already for us at the airport - same when we returned from our holidays. He even helped us loading the car! Excellent service - highly recommended.

No problems at all. Were met and car returned as promised and on time. Staff polite and helpful, helping us get our cases in and out of the car. Will definitely use again. So much less hassle than trying to locate a carpark (done that and it was a nightmare) and then wait for buses and hump your luggage around yourself. Why not make life a lot easier? For the price it is a no-brainer.

Met expectations and would definitely use again. No problems in drop of or pick up, very easy to find and made the trip much easier than long stay parking or parking at a hotel.
