I booked the parking without any trouble. The driver was at the pickup point when we arrived. Also had the car back whith in the 10 mins.we were told when we rang to say we were through customs

It made everything so easy, no waiting for a bus with all your luggage and no searching the car park for your car when you arrive back. Would definitely use again.

Very good service, had a little wait when we arrived and when we were collected but not anything to concern us.

I thought it was going to be too good to be true... under £70 for two weeks and I didn't have to go through the palaver of dropping off my family first at the airport (or taking them with me to the car park) and driving around trying to find the car park, then finding appropriate parking, then filling in forms, then waiting around for a bus, then potentially sitting in traffic for a while before I got to the airport - potentially missing my flight! It was soooo easy to just drive to the airport, leave my car with the driver, and go straight to check in! Coming back was easy too... and they were very reliable. Will do again!

We would definitely re-use this service -- we paid less than 10 pounds more than the prices quoted for off-airport for this valet service, which saved us a lot of hassle with shuttle buses etc. We did have to look for the driver/rep a bit upon departing as we expected him on the lower level and he was on the upper level but as he was with our car we found him fairly quickly!

arrived earlier than expected and had to wait for them to collect dispite calling. waited 25 minutes in pouring rain for them to deliver back on return

The meet and greet facility makes life so much easier and for relatively litle extra cost. Having the phone number gives confidence and the staff were understanding when we were delayed slightly.

It did everything that it said it would. I even had difficulties and trouble phoning them and they still managed to provide a fantastic service.

We returned to Heathrow terminal 3 at the end of half term. We landed and after collecting the luggaage it took me 15 minutes to get through on the number. I was told we would have to wait 20 minutes as they were very busy and they would call when they got to the agreed collection point. After 30 minutes and no car I started calling again with no success and even had the phone answered and then put down on me. After another 20 minutes or so I got through and was told the car was on its way but it would be 20 minutes - Not impressed! After another few hundred calls and another 30 minutes or so the car arrived but they had not called to let me know, we were lucky and saw it! It was raining hard and the driver sat it the car while we loaded the luggage and only got out when I made a sarcastic comment - he did apologise but then said it was not his fault. When I got into the car I found a "return" note with our arrival time and date - the car was 1 hour 45 minutes late. While we were waiting we met several other people having the same experience. I suggest you never use this company.

The driver was there on time as we arrived for our departure and on our return even when I did not call immediately on landing and was advised that we may have a 20 minute wait for our car, this actually only turned out to be 5 mins. Very impressive and good value

No problems, only that we couldn't find the 4th floor parking but phoned the agent and he came straight down and took the car off us on the 3rd floor.Would book again

Our family used Drive Fly Meet and Greet from Heathrow Terminal 4 in October 2009. We found the service to be absolutley faultless. The driver was there to meet us when we arrived and departed, we did not have to wait around in the cold at all and both drivers were professional and friendly. Can't believe you can do it for that price! So so much easier than messing about with car parks or taxis - brilliant!

Booking form only asked for flight numbers, not terminals. I noticed the confirmation incorrectly showed drop off at terminal 1 (not 5), so phoned to correct previous evening. Message not passed on - nobody at terminal 5, had to call and wait 10 minutes. Better on my return, to terminal 1.

The guy who was taking our car called when we were on our way to the airport, and he was there to meet up when we arrived. The car was in good condition when it was returned and when we called on our return they knew which car and was with us within 20 minutes. very good service and I would use again.

didn't get phone call on the way so we had to phone them when we got to heathrow which was a bit of a hassle but apart from that it was really good. will use them again no probs.

Very impressed with professionalsim of staff. They seemed to really care about doing a good job. Received our car back within seconds of arriving at the car parking area. Would thoroughly recomend this service to anyone.

Prompt on our arrival earlier than first planned - 20 minutes from my call on our return - car was there - both drivers very corteous

We were delayed on M25 and they called us 30 minutes out and we were able to change the drop off. On return we had a terminal change and thiswas handled without problem. A very cost effective service we will use again.

service was first class from start to finish. we were contacted 30 minutes prior to our arrival at the airport,to ask if everything was ok and that we were still on time. the parking staff were there to meet us, they were very polite. On our arrival back into the country, we were later than expected. one phone call to the staff, and the car was delivered within 10 minute. excellent service, will definently use them again, and reccomend them to others.
