I have used this service several times now and on each occasion it has been hassle free. I would certainly recommend Purple Parking Business Meet and Greet.

Very convenient drop off and pick up facilities very close to the airport terminal. Car was waiting on my return and check in/out procedures are very fast.

Having the permanently manned desk at the terrminal 5 car park makes the whole system very simple and straightforward

Not being familiar with Heathrow parking, to just drive into a short stay car park, take your luggage and go is luxury. To get off a trans-Atlantic flight and collect the car back is heaven. Thank you. And all at an affordable price! Long may you offer this service.

The service was very good, no waiting for car to be collected or brought back, didn't even need to call to say we were on our way. Would definitely use this service again, and great value for money

Delighted with the service - great value for money (cheaper than airport parking amazingly) and much more convenient. The last thing we wanted to do after 25 hours' travelling was to schlep around to some airport car park 1/2 an hour away with all our luggage; it was great to have our car waiting for us just outside Arrivals. Will definitely be using this service again. Highly recommended.

Mostly did what it offered to do. The signage/directions for the drop off point at T5 could benefit from some clarity; getting to the right level was not obvious.

Easy to book on line. Easy to find, all sorted quickly and efficiently, no waiting around. Fast response when phoning for advice and on dropping off and collection. Would definately use again. Highly recommended.

Drove to the car park at T4 Heathrow, dropped the keys off and went on holiday. On return the car was back in the car park, same spot and ready to go. Staff were friendly and efficient. Car was as we left it, no issues at all. This is now the fourth time using the service, I doubt we will change to another parking system as this is just so convenient.

Good service. Will be using it again. Extra service would have been useful for me being disabled to have help in loading/unloading my suitcases. Otherwise no problems.

Good value service that I will use again. Shame that one of the drivers left a thick muddy footprint on the carpet mat.

Made easy by the amount of spaces available where the car was dropped of and someone there to take the car straight away. Nice to have the car waiting for me when I returned without having to make a phone call once I had collected bags. Excellent service.

bit tricky finding the drop off point for the first time but very attentive staff.

I dropped my car off, which was perfectly fine (although for what I paid I would have preferred to have dropped it right outside departures like a previous company I used, rather than in the Short Stay Car Park which was a much longer walk. However, when I arrived back at Heathrow I had to wait over 30 minutes for my car. With most valet companies I have used in the past they tell you to call when you land and when you pick up your luggage so they have some idea of what time they have to drop your car back. However, this company did not do that, so when I called to ask where my car was the woman lied and told me he was on his way. I know she lied because he arrived 20 minutes later, so she obviously got off the phone with me and told the driver to come. I only live 25 minutes from Heathrow, so I actually would have been home before my car even arrived had it been there on time. I will NEVER use this service again.

Business Meet & Greet (Purple Parking) have Meet & Greet down to a fine art at Terminal 3 Heathrow. Great value for money, spot on service. I would recommend them to everyone.

The drop off location was very easy to find and i was greeted by name both as I parked and upon my return. The staff were very courteous and the process very efficient. My car was waiting, on time when I returned. For the extra you pay for this service its well worth it.

You monitored flight progress and had the car ready even though I was early dropping it off and 40minutes early picking up
