First time that I have used this car park and I was impressed with the service that I received from them. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. Was also happy in the fact that the car park was so near to the actual airport. Would use them again and would also recommend them to other people.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Transfer to airport is quick and efficient. Only downside: Long waiting time for transfer back to car park during busy times and a bigger coach would be useful on such occassions.

No problems from start to finish. On time, quick and warm transfer buses when requested. Brilliant!

On the whole a NICE car park in a GREAT location, and heres the BUT, or should i say the 2 buts. the first is check in when we arrived we were the fourth car in the line, and it took a little longer to get 4 advanced booked cars though a gate(apox 8 mins) than i thought necessary. Why?. The second reason the one that may make me think of another car park,is that who ever layed all that new Tarmack to park, cars on and wheel suitcases on, did not ues a spritlevel or think of drainage. This causes Large pools of water to form in a number of places and you have to be careful were you park if you don't want to get your feet wet pulling your suitcase along going to the bus or a long walk around water and park cars, not good if its raining,windy or cold.

Have used Direct Parking Glasgow many times. At the beginning it was very good but since the move to the new parking area things are not the same. Sometime it is very difficult to remember exactly where you leave your car especially if you arrive back in the dark on a stormy night which we recently did. Having "bus stops" in the parking area is not handy if the weather is wet or cold and you could wait upto 20 minutes to be picked up. We returned to Glasgow airport on Thursday 11 November on a dark, wet and stormy night. Our flight had been delayed due to the strong winds. We had to wait nearly 45minutes atthe airport before being picked. We were very cold and wet by this time. I had already booked Direct Parking when travelling in December or I would be looking at somewhere else.

did not have too long to waitfor the transfer on our return journey. My sons car would not start but he was immediately assisted by a drivers mobile jump starts. Thank you

Would recommend Direct Parking to everyone I know. The mini-bus was waiting for us when we parked the car and was then there when we left the airport after our holiday

Only issue we had was that the car park didn't seem to have received our booking however, they fixed this out very quickly. The transfer was very quick and easy, also great that the drop off was so close to the terminal unlike other car parks were the stand is much further away.

Like the new park your car yourself routine. This means you keep your car keys & you know nobody has had access to your vehicle. Quick, efficient pick-up from the airport and the bus dropped us off right at the car.

The staff were extremely helpful, we were waiting for the bus at one of the stations when a member of staff ran over to tell us the bus was on its way. We had only been waiting minutes and it was raining heavy. This is service beyond what we expected. The bus was waiting on our return right outside the airport, excellent.

arrived early but staff were alert and helpful quickly directed to car space and picked up coach transfer arrived at airport very quickly whole operation about 20 mins which included another 4 customers so quite efficient....

A very efficient service, we had a terrible return flight early arrival, but the prompt service we received from Direct Parking helped us to be on our way home, without any hold ups. We were travelling back to Edinburgh, and managed to avoid the early morning traffic. Thank you again, D Gray.

Place was really easy to find ( although I used Google Earth as I was reasonably familiar with the area) Car was parked and I was in the airport within 20 mins. On return a quick call to the car park while I was waiting for baggage , assured me that the bus was already shuttling back and forward. When bags where collected made my way to the pick-up point right outside the arrivals doors. There was already a bus being filled with other passengers going to the car park , but was assured by the driver that another would be arriving in next 5 mins or so. Sure enough it duly arrived in less than 10 mins , and was in my car within another 10 mins. All in all , the use of the car park was the best choice I made. Was in the airport within 30 mins of arriving at the car park , and back in my car within 30 mins of picking up my bags on my return. The journey from car park to airport is only 5 mins , so if timing had been different it would have been possible to half the times. ( Better to allow the 30 mins just in case !)

Very good service, staff and transfers were excellent, also competively priced and close to the airport. I will definitely get a quote from gosimply.com next time I travel.
