One problem we had was locating car park using post code on car satellite navigation system. This took us to " rear entrance" which was no longer used. Staff told us this was recently fixed and that they had been trying for seven years to have this sorted out, hopefully it now has been.(Actual entrance a few miles away.)

New carpark great improvement on old one and easier access from Motorway. Transferred within 2 minutes of arrival, ditto on return. Would recommend to all.

No hassle with this service which is just what you need before going on holiday and for arriving back. Would highly recommend. Good service at a good reasonable price.

only problem i came accross was locating the car on arrival back at glasgow. i had the area but this is quite large, where this could be broken down further it would assisst in locating the car. When i arrived it was dark and snowing and when i came back it was sunshine and i only new my can was parked near bus stop 4. Other than that it was excellant value for money

The service was very well organised, picked up immediately on arrival at the parking lot and collected on time following our return to Glasgow. The transfer took just a few minutes and bthe drivers were polite helpful and friendly. Many thanks

I arrived at 4.00am andd was immediately led to a parking space at the far end of the plot by the bus which whisked us off to the airport. Very efficient. On our returnn however we realised that in the speed of the whisking we had forgotten to familiarise ourselves with the layout and had no idea where we had left the car. To the rescue the driver took us on a tour of the lines of cars until we found ours. Very helpful.

Friendly helpful staff, close to the airport, pretty much what you need, will definitely use these guys again.

The site is well-managed, the staff friendly and helpful and the transfers speedy and trouble-free. Just the job!

upon arrival you will find them most welcomeing and it was a good opportunity to relax befor our flight 5 min to the airport

The site was easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces - as to be expected. Bus waiting outside terminal on our return. Bus driver extremely helpful - even put gas into our deflated tyres. Would highly recommend.

Excellent value for money, had no worries about leaving my car here. Just parked my car and the shuttle bus was ready to take me to Airport, would use this service every time I travel. Well done if only the Airport ran as efficiently!

from a warm car to a warm transfer bus and off to the airport - from check in /arrival at carpark to drop off at airport I would estimate 15 minutes time factor - my passengers delighted and of course a similar first class service on our return - thank you Direct Parking !

On arrival at the car park we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman and directed to a parking space. Within a few minutes we were on our way to the airport. On return the coach was waiting for us at the stance in the airport. This is the second time we have used this carpark, the first time our flight was cancelled at the last minute owing to the volcanic ash. On that occasion we were impressed with the speed which our money was refunded. This time we were impressed by the efficient friendly service and would have no hesitaion in using this car park on future visits to Glasgow airport.

Very good service. I will use this company again and will recommend to friends.

The parking was hasel free, Staff were superb and more than I expected

From start to finish no problems , easy to find nice and helpful staff , site is within 3 minutes of airport ,bountiful transfers no waiting at all ..Perfect thank you all ...

The staff were very polite and helpful apart from the driver on the way back , who looked decidedly unhappy (grumpy?) This was in contrast to all of the others , hence 4's instead of 5's
