Greeted and picked up with a friendly smile on a expected punctual time basis

Well located off the M8. We had to drive round and round to find a space due to the school holiday week. You can actually end up a good walk (dodging huge puddles) from the coach pick up. On the whole it was fine although remembering the old days where your car was heated and the motor running for you on collection! That was in the old smaller car park which was more friendly!

Only few minutes by bus from the airport. The staff is really helpful, the parking is secure and it definitly worth the money we spent.

bus waiting after arrival, didn't need to phone. Was very happy with the location, organisation of the carpark and the friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I will definately use this carpark for my next holiday. Would highly recommend Direct Parking.

The car park was very busy when we arrived but we found a space and very quickly the bus collected us for the airport. The driver was very helpful. Coming back was very busy but 2 buses arrived and we were all able to get on and return for our car. Very good

Would use again, no hassles, good directions given and quick tranfers.

The website gave clear directions to the car park (better than sat nav!). The bus took us straight to the airport and collected us again with no problems. Would definitely use again.

a little more help when parking the car when its dark and the car park is packed would be appreciated

Check-in a bit slow, could have been quicker if I had been informed before arrival of self check-in facility. Apart from that very good service.

easy, convenient and close to the airport with a short waitng time for the transfer bus; and you get to park where you want and leave it there

When we arrived back in Glasgow - plane bang on time - we, together with approx 12 other clients had to wait 25 mins in the rain before the transfer bus arrived! No apology or explanation was offered.

i found from going on line to arriving at the airport the parking experience hassle free cheap and helpful.

Overall i would use this car park again. y only slight complaint was that we waited 20 mins on the bus at 6.30 in the morning, when it was very cold, to take us to the airport. However the staff were fantastic and we only waited 10 mins at the airport on the way back. As i say, next time i need to park offsite at Glasgow airport i would use this one

I arrived at the poorly signposted site at 0605, and it took them 25 minutes to get a bus ready for transfer. this meant that i missed my flight to birmingham. they were no help at all, and perhaps they have a different service before 7am, but this is completely unacceptable. i will never be using them again.

Having three children in tow, getting to and from the airport was a success. Bus drivers were exceptionally helpful and persons at the gate were informative. Would recommend on this basis and that the price was very good.Thanks.

bad points Not enough disabled bays and normal bays had no room to bring wheelchair beside the car to transfer, I had to take my husband back and leave him in a little shelter while I parked at the furthest end of the car park where the only available spaces were. Good points Service was punctual and drivers so helpful with cases and wheelchair. All staff we met were very good. Coach had super ramp access and space for chair inside. Nothing was too much bother.

Direct Parking offer a trouble free easy experience . The booking was easy and confirmed immediately. The staff are friendly and efficient and the transfers are quick and frequent. Would recommend it to anyone looking for reasonably priced parking near the airport.

Directions to car park were easy to follow from motorway. Trouble free entry to car park and parking was straightforward. No time wasted booking your car in to reception and you also have the reassurance of retaining your own car keys, unlike other car parking companies. Transfer bus picked us up within 5 mins and driver very helpful in lifting luggage onto and off bus. Central drop off and pick up point at the terminal. On return,bus waiting for us to return us to our waiting car. Top Tip - make a note of the parking sector letter i.e Area A, B etc where you leave your car. This saves time trying to hunt for your car on return! We would definately use Direct Parking again.

The directions given were spot on, finding an available space was a bit more difficult but the transfers to & from the airport were exellent...the bus was waiting for our flight on return!
