I found this service excellent with good directions supplied in email communications, close location to the airport, on demand transfers and very good value for money when booked in advance online.

Miserable snow and slush on arrival at 4.00am for a flight to Alicante, so not the best of moods- but the staff were tip-top and got us to the terminal fine and dandy. Coming home into horizontal rain, the bus arrived within minutes (although some people seemed to have been waiting)and we were back in the car and on the road home within 15 minutes or so. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Easy to book, easy to find, fast transfers both to and from airport. Plus cheap, especially when compared to competitors

On arrival to park, employee informed me where convenient spaces for parking were. Transfers to and from airport were the best we've had - and we've been flying abroad for well over 40 years.

Was a little put out to see the transfer bus drive off just as I locked the car up. But another turned up within 5 minutes to take me promptly to the airport. On return, maybe I was just lucky, but the bus was waiting for me and drove off as soon as I was on board!

This is the second time we have used Direct Parking Glasgow and on both occasions the whole process has been smooth from start to finish. The offer a good price, are easy to find and convenient to the airport. Pickup was within a few minutes of arriving and we were on our way home in no time. We will use them again.

Car park was easily found following instructions. Attendant on desk was very efficient, and after parking the car a bus was waiting to take us to the airport. Return journey was equally stress free! Full marks!

Parking area generally flooded in bad weather. Company should sort this out as puddles are almost lakes in certain areas of compound. I arrived back around 9pm on 6th Dec 2011 from 1 of the Tenerife flights. The young bus driver should be applauded and commended for his kind consideration and humane spirit for transporting my very elderly parents back to the waiting area with our luggage, whilst I located my car (amongst the lakes) and picked them up. Other Parking companies have just spat out such customers at compound bus stops in the past, leaving them with their luggage to fend for themselves against the elements and to battle through the flooded areas to their cars. We were extremely relieved to have been spared that experience. Thank you!

I had no problems finding the place the directions are very accurate. The transport to the airport was there when I was ready to go, on my return I had to wait a short while for the return bus but not excessive. All in all it was a very good service and I would definately use it again.

Easy to find, close to airport. Staff helpful and friendly. Transferred promptly, no hanging around. Only one small critisism, not all areas for parking were tarmac.

It was fine. Nothing special. But simple to work out. Bit annoying having to wait 15 mins for the bus back.

As I have mentioned in the summary, the floodlighting could be improved. The assistance from the car park staff helped to make leaving the car park much easier than it could have been.Overall this was a first class service and I would not hesitate to use again.

Called the day I was flying, booked in no bother. Arrival and parking was simple, picked up as soon as I'd headed from my car towards the bus stop. Upon return the bus was waiting for me and overall I found all the staff courteous and willing to help. Price was brilliant and on this experience I will definitely be using their services again.

Very helpful staff, transfers punctual with no waiting. Could do with bit more lighting.

Staff were very helpful, bus took us to the airport within 5 mins of arriving. Pickup bus arrived within 5 mins of calling. Excellent service.

Directions detailed on our acknowledgement was spot on. No difficulty finding direct parking even in the dark at 4.30am Check in was dealt with quickly and politely. Our transfer to Glasgow airport was quick and efficient. On our return at 6.00 am in the morning and telephoning direct parking from the luggage retrieval hall the bus was waiting at the bus stand to take us back to our car. As a result of our experience on this occasion we will certainly use Direct parking again

Will contiue to use direct parking each time i fly from Glasgow, no delays either way, at airport within 10 mins of driving into the car park.

Great experience on arrival at carpark, and then a very prompt transfer to the airport. On return I called from airport but we had to wait about 30 minutes for coach to turn up and we were all then crammed into the coach,in my opinion an unsafe practice in order to save a return journey. Having said that I will use them again but hope for a more efficient/safer service.

we travel twice a year and always use parking facilities and found yours by far the best.roll on next holliday.
