Arriving and having to fill in a label for the car key could have been a pre made label. other wise a very good and reasonable price service

Smooth & efficient operation, everything worked well including punctual transfers. Pretty good value for money.

Outbound administration clear, simple and efficient. Return (even at 3am) equally so. The only problem I had was getting out of the car park as I couldn't figure out how to get the barrier up.

My personnal experience is all good. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful.Security appears to be good.

We found the whole thing very straightforward, from booking on line to checking in the car to getting the coach to the terminal. Pretty idiot-proof. We'd use Summer Sprecial again.

I would recommend this service for convenience,ease,and reliability.It is also value for money comparing it to taxi prices.Much more convenient for people with children or smokers.

I have booked with The Summer Special Service on many occasions now and I find it a highly efficient service. It is always the cheapest for the distance to and from the airport, there are cheaper ones but they are further out and quite frankly I would rather pay more and have your service. I do recommend your service to people when I hear people say they are going abroad.

The service was as advertised in that I was expected when I arrived and my car was as left to be valet parked. On my return, the car had been parked on a good well surfaced car park and the area appeared to be secure.

I have used Summer parking for many years , this time a lack of check in staff and after queueing then told a new procedure in place and direct you to a unmanned desk to fill in your own details on a key fob , this has always been done by the staff in the past whch is a much better & quicker procedure. So as in our experience to queue for sometime then to be told untill we fill in a key fob we can not check our car in is poor customer servise. If this is their new procedure it needs to be made more clear .

We have used this service many times now and it has always been the easiest & quickest way to get to & from the airport terminal. This time was the 1st instance that we had to wait almost half an hour for the bus back from the north terminal to the car park - not much fun in the early hours of the morning! Overall throughout th last 6 years our experience with summer special parking has been excellent.

The intstructions to Gatwick North Terminal car park need to include "follow Long Term Parking signs once at the Airport on the airport road,then follow the Summer Special Parking signs. Apart from that very good service.

The bus came quickly both ways and we were the only ones on the bus both ways! No queues at all amd very efficient and speedy service.

I have used summertime parking before and I will use them again. I know it was early but a few smiles from the staff wouldn't go amiss.

Easy to get to- well sign-posted. Check in is a little slow - I missed a transfer coach whist being asked questions which could have been done at booking on line. On the return journey the coach pick up is well sign-posted at the far end of the arrivals area. I had the coach to myself!

Cold weather and a long journey, so it was great to be welcomed by a friendly face. There was no hastle,the car was secure, and when we returned ,the keys were handed over with no fuss and off we drove !!Also the reception area was cosy and clean.Also the shuttle bus service was superb.Overall excellent.

It would have been more helpfull if the lane to collect my car had been cleared of 8" of snow.

To be recommended. Staff efficient, close to the airport, and transfers seem regular.
