The spaces were just a bit wider than the car. The bus went all the way to the airport and back. The tarmac stayed underneath the car for the duration of the stay. The car stayed on the tarmac for the duration of the stay. I would recommend the car park to all my other cars.

Very happy with the service in particular because I left my handbag in the bus on return. The staff at Reception were prompt and helpful and retrieved the bag from the bus which, fortunately, had not returned to the airport. Judith Cam

Though it was good value for money directions on how to get to car park were good apart from the fact that it told you to follow the signs for NCP Flightpath but in fact the only indication was a yellow square on the signpost. Also on our return did not now where we were being picked up from and the coach driver was very grumpy and un helpful was not lit up very well either.

A long queue at the terminal and so a very crowded bus, this was on a Monday in May so I suppose it will be worse at weekends and at peak holiday times.

prompt arrival of bus to airport(midday) but very crowded bus on return(2 - 30 am) Friendly helpful chap in office and great to book only the day before travelling but not find anyproblems.

Overall the car park is well sited but it need more directional signs to find it. The sign "long term car parking" does not tell the drivewr that it is the NCP that they need.

I thought this service worked like clockwork and would definately use it again. No waiting around for ages for a bus, these ran frequently both to and from the North Terminal. My only criticism is that on arrival there was no-one to show drivers to the vacant parking places and this meant driving up and down numerous rows of parked cars searching for a space.

The recognition system at the enry barrier did not work so on return we had to go to reception, which was being manned by two completely uncommunicative staff.

We were very pleased with the whole experience- will definitely use this again. Simple, and waited only a few minutes for a bus, this was very welcome on our way back arriving at the terminal at 1.30am. Great!

The inside of the bus was disorganised, with people blocking the exit and seatsetc with cases and not using the luggage racks (I'm not blaming them as you have to be quite strong to lift big cases on to the higher racks). You need someone in charge, on the bus, when it is a busy time.

We parked right by a bus stop and jumped instantly onto a bus. On our return at 1:30am, we again timed it perfectly and waited only two minutes for a bus. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Very easy to find, not difficult to find a space and only had to wait a couple of minutes wither end for the coach - great after spending 9 hours on a plane with 2 young children!

Having used flightpath at the south terminal (which was very good), had no hesitation. Pick up and return were timely and compound looks very secure. Proximity to terminal is a plus, as previously used parking further away and this was much easier. Would not hesitate to use again.

I would like to have been warned in advance of the Road works at the Airport that created delays in the transfer to and from the terminal. The Exit signage was poor and confusings. Overall it was a good service, reasonably priced. Multi occupancy of a car lends itself to droping off passengers before parking and picking the up afterwards. more information and a map would be helpful in this regard. Thank you John Foley

it was great that the attendants were able to help us when our car wouldn't start, they were a great help to us as we were there in the early hours and had a young child to contend with.

Whatever minor inconveniences these are outweighed by the close proximity to the terminal. Buses are frequent and the trip to the car park is short. Just what you need at the end of a trip.

The bus driver on return trip - about mid-night was not too warm and friendly, when I asked if this was the right bus! I realize I should have given more time each way for delays.

If you had a ticket style machine stationed at the different coach stops with a zone location on the ticket, it would be hugely beneficial. As i am completely disorganised. The weather was horrendous and I had two wet children plus luggage and then nearly forgot to see the zone area that we parked in, so that I could find my car on my return.

BA moved my flight one day and the car park refused to change the departure day meaning i lost a days money even tho i had booked some three months in advance flightpath quoted the small print once booked that was the end of it.What absolute rubbish

On returning to the exit gate ,my ticket would not activate the barrier to enable to continue my onward journey.It was quite late and my family were all quite tired,so having to park ,go in to reception and explain i had pre paid was quite boring. I would like to add the guy behind the counter was polite and very helpful.
