All as we hoped - we phoned as we got to the M25/M23 junction and the guy was there to greet us at Gatwick. On our return we collected our suitcases and again called EPG. We were told he would be waiting by the time we got out and sure enough, 5mins later, the same guy was there again with a smile.

Really easy and quick to organise no waiting around exactly what you want when you have been travelling.

It was so lovely to get into a nice warm car the minute to arrive back into the UK.

Prompt meeting on both delivery and collection of car in easy to reach convenient drop off and collection point. Parking Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very punctual. I have used others but these have been the best for speed on arrival and collection.

We had an excellent experience with EPG meet and greet. I would recommend. However, one note of warning, when we met the person who returned our car to departures they just handed over the keys and didn't check we were who we should be(not even our names) which is slightly concerning as anyone could have wondered over with a suitcase and picked-up the keys. This wouldn't stop me from recommending, just an area for improvement. The punctuality and cost and general experience was excellent and I would use EPG again without doubt. The driver who collected our car even came back to take some 'excess baggage' back to our car!

Simple to do - convenient and cheaper than many of the off site parking we have used in the past. I will definitely use EPG again

At such a reasonable cost it took the hassle out of parking on airport, and then having to bus to departure. Car was collected at departure and was there within 10 minutes of telephoning, when we returned. Would definitly use again.

EPG there to meet us as planned, friendly and helpful. Waited approx 5 mins for car to arrive, (tel. lines busy for about 5 mins when we had picked up cases), but great to get another friendly face, car as we left it and lovely and warm to drive home in at midnight in November. Will definately use again

I have tried many meet and greet services in the past and EPG are one of the best. It was a completely painless experience and I would recommend them.

The car was collected and delivered when agreed. The cost was similar to parking it off site but with the convenience of not having to shuttle back and forth to distant car parks. A great time saving service.
