Good value and picked me up on time which was great considering it was freezing cold and I had two small children with me. Only comment would be that getting through to them both outbound and inbound took too long

EPG were good value for money and collected and returned the car within a reasonable timeframe. We particularly appreciated the fact that they contacted us the day before our flight to warn of possible driving problems with the snow and to advise us to leave home earlier than usual.

V impressed by EPG Meet and Greet at Gatwick. Good value for money, drop off and pick up right outside airport and easy communication. Can't recommend enough. No more waiting for airport buses for us!!

Less than 5 minutes for car to be available at pick up point. No fuss and helpful meet and greet personnel. Would recommend to all.

If you are early or late getting to the airport they are easy to contact to re-arrange the times.

I was a bit concerned when booking as the price was one of the lowest offered for valet parking. However I shouldn't have worried as everything ran smoothly with hand over and collection timed to the minute. Highly recommended.

The driver turned up within minutes of phoning him upon departure and arrival. Very efficient and would recommend to any one.

Have now used EPG several times, & have only had to wait any significant time once (when a previous customer was late picking up his/her car)

I've used a few meet and greet services and all have been pretty good but EPG was the most efficient in terms of timing and also friendliness. I will definitely use again as I travel quite a lot.

Very Good Service, especially when you've got a couple of kids to manage and their car chairs to take with you. Very friendly and everything went according to plan. Would reccomend.

Quite a wait on our return but may not have been their fault. The plane was very late. Driver said he had been moved on by the warden and then got caught by a security check as he went around the block.... but this did take 20 minutes. We had a ferry to catch, which we didn't, but it was always going to be tight. We WILL use them again.

On both drop off and pick up service was excellent, they were waiting for us which was great. Will definantly use them again.

This was the first time I had used this type of parking service. We followed all the instructions that were given to us. We arrived earlier than expected at the airport (about 3:45am) but nevertheless the driver was ready to meet us. On our return, once again the driver was there ready with the car. I would have no hesitation in booking with EPG again and would definitely recommend them to others.

I was taking a bike on holiday with me so public transport was out of the question. This worked out perfectly. I would definitely use them again.

All very efficient. Took a couple of attempts to get through on the phone but then they were delayed 10-15 minutes after our arrival at Gatwick - but reason given suggested it was not their fault.
