EPG Meet and Greet reviews

Arrived early due to the M25 being very quiet and phoned to advise we were about 10 mins away. We were asked if possible to go around to the service station and get a drink as drivers were not back from earlier runs. This was no problem as we were more than 30 mins early. About 5 mins later we got a call and told to go straight to Car Park as somebody would be waiting. Arrived and greeted by very friendly driver and the car was taken away. On return we phoned as advised and the car was waiting for us. excellant

Slight mix-up at start as I didn't realise there were different coloured short stay car parks (might be useful to make customers aware of this on booking form). Everything went extremely well after that and I would certainly recommend this company.

I was a bit worried that it was a scam because it was such good value but I have to say that the whole experience could not have been easier.

Holiday 18th jan/1st feb. Arrival waiting for us on time,Slight delay on return due to mix up on return date,had us down for the 2nd feb but only had to wait 20mins so they could get the car out.Still recommend as service has been excellent every time.

Polite, good communicators, overall acceptable wait - would definitely use again.

The driver was very punctual on both arrival and return journeys and very polite. I will be using this company again if the prices remain competitive.

The greeter was there waiting for us and even gave us a call to see where we were - both coming and going. Brilliant.

They provided a very good service when I used them last week. Responded to telephone calls promptly and they were very efficient and on time for drop off and collection.

Have been using EPG Meet and Greet for a number of years and can only summarise their value and service as the best. But, in my view Gatwick's efforts to make its customers pay even to collect a car are miserable and counter productive.
