The staff at EPG are the friendliest we've encountered when using a meet & greet service. On arrival at the airport there was member of staff there ready to take our car. On returning we did have to wait about 20 minutes but I do find this with every service we've used and this was the least we've had to wait. We will definitely use EPG again.

After phoning from baggage reclaim and walking out to the front of Gatwick North terminal, the car arrived within 30 seconds. One minute later we were driving home. The car was clean inside and out, and the whole process couldn't have been easier.

given 2 mobile numbers to call. On arrival both had answer machines saying "call the other number." A few minutes later one of the numbers was answered.

When we arrived at Gatwick there was someone waiting to greet us. They were very courteous and friendly. On our aural back in the UK we rang to confirm that we had collected our luggage and wee given very clear instructions as to where to collect the car. When we made our way to the collection point our ar was there, again the gentleman delivering the car was dry friendly, courteous and efficient. Being so Punctual and efficient meant that we could get away from the airport quickly and miscthe wrist f the early morning traffic. We would definitely use EPG again.

Some confusion on our part as to which terminal we should pick up and collect car. Perhaps you could make clear in booking for customers unfamiliar with airport. We were very confused as to where to pick up the car which was frustrating after a 3hour delayed trip and very tired - older clients. Apologies for losing temper with the driver on the phone as he tried to explain where he was waiting!

Excellent service all round. Punctual, polite, hassle-free and efficient. The perfect delivery for a much needed service.

Completely fuss free for us - less so for driver trying to return our car due to delays at Gatwick immigration!

We did not land at the terminal we were supposed to but EPG already new this when we called to tell them we were ready for the car. This change did not cause any problems for EPG or us. Perfect.

No problems with pick-up at North Terminal of Gatwick Airport. The EPG team were very flexible about pick-up times and were there within a few minutes. Even better with return. Car was waiting outside for us a few minutes after we called. Very welcome sight after a tiring flight. So simple. Just walked to the car and were home 40 minutes later. Thank you EPG.

I would definitely use them again. The men who picked up and dropped off the car were on time, helpful, friendly and trustworthy. We picked one of the cheaper meet and greet options, but there were no problems and we will never go back to 'park and ride' options again, especially with kids!

The whole experience was fast,friendly and efficient and at a reasonable price I would definitely use this service again. A great start to my holiday.

Potentially a great service. The staff who interfaced with me at the airport were excellent. The main problem is access to the telephone in the main office when trying to park early am on 10 June. Tried to ring about 6 times at 0430-0445 hrs but each time got the answer phone and told to ring other number which then told me to ring the original number. This challenge is, I am afraid, enough to put me off using the service again.

Made our holiday easy as we have a small child so no trouble parking, was met by staff on arrival and departure punctually, would use this sevice and company again and would recommend to all.

The service over the phone on arrival at the airport was very efficient. The handover of the car at both ends was very speedy. We had no issues at all and would definitely use again.

The website was easy to use and the drop-off very efficient. There was a bit of a delay on the rturn, but it was during a very busy period. I would use EPG Meet & Greet again as it makes returning home from holiday easier. Many thanks.

Our driver was prompt for both drop-off and arrival, he was there waiting when we came out of Gatwick, which was a huge relief after a long journey! Also polite and helpful, and I thoroughly recommend the service as a whole.

We arrived at Gatwick and were greeted by the EPG man who was very friendly. On our return journey the car was waiting for us and it was the quickest time ever for getting through Gatwick and home!
