I can't find fault with the service, it all ran like clockwork, and I think works perfectly. We will always be using this service in the future, it's cheaper and much easier, thank you EPG.

I was 45 minutes early and the driver apologised for making me wait, which was nice. The driver pulled up with the car when I was walking across the road ready for me to drive off. It worked perfectly.

A truly efficient,helpful,punctual and friendly service-won't use anyone else in the future-so easy!

Have used other meet and greet services but would choose EPG in future based on this experience.

Fist time we used EPG and can;t get over how smooth it all went .The best Airport parking we have ever had and hope it wont be the last .Well done D and MC Cooke

Our flight was delayed on our return by a couple of hours so that we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Our car was ready to meet us as soon as we left the airport building. No delays whatsoever. The drivers who met us were efficient and friendly. Frankly, it could not have been a better service. Many thanks.

I was a bit worried about using this service as we needed to be at the airport at 4am. I called the 15mins before we got to the airport and got through on the second attempt. The guy was waiting for us as we got there and on the return we only had to wait 15 mins for them to deliver the car. The car was returned with no issues at all. Overall am very happy with the service and would deff use again.

The only concern we had was that you are given two phone numbers which always seem to be engaged. But our voicemails had been listened to, the staff were punctual and friendly, and the car was in excellent condition, must have been stored undercover. Would use again and recommend.

Driver already at dropping off point when we arrived. Airport very hectic and we were slightly confused, but driver intercepted us. On return we couldn't find the right place and had to phone again for further directions. So perfect service from EPG. Would use again.

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived having phoned about 15 minutes before arrival at airport (and, when I checked my phone EPG had actually phoned to check on our whereabouts as I'd booked for an earlier time than my actual arrival). Another driver was again waiting with car when we rang having collected luggage after our trip. I've previously used drop-off sites at Gatwick, which were fine but more of a faff. This service is actually cheaper as well as being more convenient - what is not to like?

First time user of this service and I have to say I was very pleased with it. Polite and prompt service when departing and extremely quick delivery of the car on my return which was at 01.30am. With a small baby and a pregnant wife this was essential and I was not let down. I recommend the service wholeheartedly

Written instructions as to where to drop car off could be a bit clearer - confusion between drop-off and pick-up signing at Gatwick meant we had to go round arrival road again. However driver was waiting for us on arrival and handover was speedy. On return we were again a little uncertain about where we were supposed to get to (same place we had been met on arrival but not where the Gatwick signs direct you to for 'valet parking'). Had to wait 20 minutes but driver was apologetic for keeping us waiting. Would use again

EPG were very good and I will definitely use the meet & greet service again as it takes out all the hassle of catching buses to long term car parks. I just hope they don't start charging more !

Highly recommended. Service with a smile and we could not ask for more. And all at a very good price. We will use this company again.

Really glad we paid just a few quid more. Was really happy with service. Upon departure day our driver was there to meet us and we were away within a few minutes, he was very friendly. On our arrival into gatwick we were delayed getting off the plane and also taken to south terminal rather than the north, this Altho it being 2.30am wasn't a problem our driver was ready and waiting again. Would def use again and have already recommended to friends

Good instructions from EPG staff when called, very quick to appear, return just the same. It's like having your best friend helping you out.

We were a bit delayed on our arrival, but collector was very understanding. After that everything was very smooth, ditto meeting our flight on our return.

I was a bit nervous about using this service but everything went very smoothly. I decided to use EPG instead of the usual park & ride because we are a family of five and had lots of luggage. We booked our slot 30 mins early incase we arrived earlier than expected, they even rang to chase us up when we hadn't arrived at that time. - which was very reassuring! The driver was friendly and punctual, we will be using them again as it made that part of our journey stress free.
